Constant issues with changing of dentist. At one point office manager told me she is in charge even over dentist. I find constant changing of staff is affected by that attitude. My brother in law used them for yrs but had to leave. Donna is a true soul. Last dentist I saw had 40 yrs experience and is great. Otherwise th we y are good. Dr Keil was so goo

Something is wrong with the Saratoga practice. They cannot keep help. Can't tell you how many hygienists I've been thru. I make appointments months in advance. Last 2 have been cancelled day of visit that was confirmed just 2 days prior. Lisa was so rude and unprofessional when I called to reschedule. Did reschedule one 3 months out even though my last 2 scheduled for 3 months out were cancelled so I had not been seen for 6 months. Now it will be 9 months. When new neighbors ask for a dental referral I can only tell them where not to go.

Checkup with First Advantage Dental of Saratoga. My hygienist, Jill, was wonderful. Donna helped with an insurance issue, the receptionist was very nice, and the dentist was thorough and helpful. Great experience!

Very Happy with the new dentist - Dr. Ho - a VERY welcomed change from the prior. Both hygienist and Dentist were professional and kind. My confidence in continuing with this practice has been restored. I was prepared to change from the prior dentist. Didn’t like the chair reclined so far. Big problem for my back and chaining which the hygienist didn’t initially accommodate but eventually adjusted the chair so I could endure the process. This did not detract from my confidence in her. She was excellent.

Through the years that I have gone to this office, I have been treated with consideration and concern for my dental issues. I have a chronic condition that, among other things, negatively impacts my dental health. The staff has helped me care for this, with compassion. Recently, the dentist and his assistant spent hours working on extensive damage on my front teeth, and worked right through their lunch breaks! That is real dedication!
