Dr. Muir is very talented and keeps up with the latest advancements in dental implants. I never knew it was even possible to get implants in one day. He and his staff are very knowledgeable and take their time to make sure you understand the procedure and are comfortable throughout the entire process. They really care about the patient. Implants are life changing. Bye bye dentures and hello Dental Implants. Thank you Dr. Muir and staff. Best dental experience I have ever had. I would highly recommend Dr. Muir and his staff to anyone who is considering implants.

I would give 100 stars if I had the choice. I had implants placed in 2018 and that’s as far as it went. I couldn’t find a dentist to make the teeth properly. So I settled for a denture. Every dentist that I went to wanted to take out the perfectly good implants that I had and place new ones. Well I didn’t want to do that. So as the years passed I had given up on ever having the smile I wanted. My sister suggested I go see Dr. Muir. (She went to high school w him in Ohio) So I gave it a shot. He said he could absolutely work w the implants that I had. Now all I had to do was call the dentist that placed them in 2018, and find out what kind they were and the size. Well I completely struck out… they don’t keep records for that long. So once again I had given up….But Dr. Muir went above and beyond.. doing research and surfing the web. Lo and behold he figured it out. So now I’m back on!! Dr. Muir has been amazing!! He explained everything to me in detail and delivered exactly what he said he would. Made an adjustment here and there and got it right. Now I have the smile I have always dreamed of thanks to Dr. Muir. And I can finally eat without pain. I would 100% recommend him. If you don’t make your appointment today, you are surly missing out. Worth every penny!!! Thank you

He served four years in the United States Navy, including two years in the Oral Surgery department, and is a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, a member of the Academy of General Dentistry and the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, and a mentor dentist at Implant Pathways, a non-profit implant training institute in Scottsdale, Arizona. Dr. Vellis earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Howard University College of Dentistry and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Virginia. After eight years practicing general dentistry in Tampa, he completed a three-year postgraduate residency in Periodontics and Dental Implants at the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry, where he served as chief resident. He focuses on dental implants and full-arch reconstructions, has placed thousands of implants, and is certified in intravenous conscious sedation and Advanced Cardiac Life Support.
