360 Dental is the most welcoming, professional, and caring dental office. They are on top of their game. I never have anxiety when I am in their care. I would recommend everyone that needs dental work to go see this group! Look at their little fun setup 🤩

I had seen Dr. Binder in February 2025 for an extraction and appreciated his kind demeanor and professionalism. I had to unfortunately come back for a second extraction in February 2026 and can honestly say I wouldn't go to anyone but Dr. Binder for these types of services. 1) Availability - if you need emergency services, they welcome walk-ins, but the availability is literally same/next day. I called on Tuesday and was seen Wednesday. 2) Attentiveness - The staff was very attentive and understanding to both my pain distress and my anxiety. They told me what they were doing each step of the way. 3) Professionalism - Dr. Binder is professional but also relatable. He understands pain and tries to diminish it/be understanding. He tells you "I know this hurts/this isn't fun" when he is injecting anesthetics and is constantly asking if what he is doing is causing pain. He will literally stop and provide more anesthetic before continuing. 4) Aftercare - I ended up with dry socket and returned to his office 5 days later on a same day appointment. As soon as I walked in I was seen, X-rayed and waited no more than 5 minutes to be seen by Dr. Binder. He looked and said he was going to make the pain better. He told me what he was going to do, did it and had me out the door within 10 minutes. Overall, the ease of each process along the way says a lot about his treatment and practice. Everyone is kind and friendly and I won't hesitate to recommend his services to more people. Dr. Binder you rock!

My entire experience at 360 Dental was absolutely amazing! The ladies scheduling were super sweet and accommodating. Marie did the absolute best job cleaning my teeth, cleaning a few spots that no other hygienist has ever been successful cleaning, and doing so with a smile on her face. Dr. Binder was so kind and reassuring about my upcoming dental work, and they even have the cutest Frenchie! I'm so excited to have finally found a Dental Office that doesn't stress me out!

I have been going here for about a year for dental paid for by the VA and its the first place I have ever had IV sedation for dental work and absolutely loved it. All the staff are amazing and the work they do is great have had almost no issues "mostly complications in my own teeth" they explain everything really well and in great detail. Best dentist office I have been to yet. :D

Best Dental clinic in Eugene ,is my second root canal on this facility and staff and Dr are amazing and you hear amazing care treatment. I’ve had the best experience being a patient at 360 dental. Dr. Binder is amazing.
