Giving 4 stars because i haven’t started my treatment but the service from when you enter is very impressive and welcoming. The dentist is very straightforward and informative. Explains the process. Listens to concerns and answer questions. Coordinator is not pushy and allows you to take your time. Overall is a very nice experience. The important part is going to be the treatment process. Hopefully is as smooth and impressive as the initial process.

I can’t say enough good things about 4M Dental Implant Center. From the front desk receptionist to my hygienist, everyone was professional, courteous, and made me feel at ease. The entire team did a great job, and the experience exceeded my expectations. I’m extremely happy to be a new patient here and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent dental care.

Excellent professionals at the Murrieta location. My doctor is thorough, the oral hygienests are AAA+ and their staff are friendly, trained in customer service, and whoever trained these employees know how to maximize their talents.

All the bases were covered -- cleanliness, professionalism, and clear communication -- but what weighed most in my opinion, was their meaningful concern and true empathy. What a wonderful group of people. Having dental issues is always a source of deep worry and trepidation, but the doctors and staff rose to the occasion to address and reassure those feelings and concerns. Greatly recommend.
