7x7 is run like a well-oiled machine, in that they have trained staff, technicians and doctors who each know their role and perform it flawlessly. I was moved through the process of registering, getting x-rays, settled into the chair, taking my history, and then the surgery with clear descriptions of what would be happening as we went along. Dr. Morrow was concerned with my comfort, as was each member of the team. I received great post-op advice with a little kit (including a reusable ice pack) in the office, and then in a text message with a video of post-op reminders, and a follow-up call from Dr. Morrow himself. I really appreciated their cheerful professionalism and kindness. A very positive experience.

My experience with 7x7 and doctor morrow was an outstanding experience.. everything i have read about their practice was exactly what I expected. Even though my little bit of wait time for my procedure,, the staff gave me coffee cards and offered water for anyone that needed it. Overall,, the best was the handling of my procedure, doctor Morrow and his staff are wonderful! They treated everything with professionalism and kindness.. i recommend anyone to use their facilities in the case of need!!

I had a consultation with 7x7 Dental Implant & Oral Surgery Specialists, and from the moment I walked in, the receptionist was super sweet and kind. Unfortunately, I didn’t get her name, but she made a great first impression. I was then called back to get my scan by an assistant whose name I unfortunately forgot—I believe it may have started with Yeni. She was very sweet, personable, and made me feel comfortable. She also took all of my information and helped get everything prepared for my consultation with Dr. Morrow. My first impression of Dr. Morrow was that he seemed a little reserved. He was very direct and to the point, but it was also obvious that he was extremely knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions, and as we talked, he seemed to loosen up a bit. After my consultation, I met with Patty, the financial coordinator. She was absolutely sweet and incredibly patient with me as I asked questions about payments and insurance. She took the time to break everything down and explain what my insurance would cover. She also let me know that there is a 5% discount if you pay in cash, which was helpful to know. Day of Surgery For the day of surgery, they asked me to arrive about 20 minutes early. Dr. Morrow likes to start on time, so they recommend patients arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment. Dr. Morrow was absolutely awesome during the surgery! One thing that really helped put me at ease was that he narrated what he was doing throughout the procedure. Knowing what was happening made me feel much more comfortable. Another thing I thought was really cool was that they played music during the surgery. It actually made the experience more enjoyable, especially knowing that everyone in the room was jamming along to the music too! 😂 The assistants, Jim and Jessica (I believe those were their names), were also amazing. They really made an effort to make sure I was comfortable throughout the surgery. We even had a few laughs, which helped take my mind off everything. Overall, I’m really thankful to have had such an awesome team for my surgery. Everyone made me feel comfortable, cared for, and in good hands. I would definitely recommend 7x7 Dental Implant & Oral Surgery Specialists to anyone needing dental implants or oral surgery. My experience was top-notch, and I truly feel like I was in good hands from consultation through surgery!

Dr. Morrow shared every detail with me as he made way and inserted the implant post. He used words like - it may sting, you’re feel pressure, and you’ll hear vibrations - so I wouldn’t experience any surprises. He let me know I was being a good patient by giving me positive reinforcement along the way. He also called the evening of the oral surgery - checking in with me. I had an erupted wisdom tooth extracted today, and I must say that it was one of the best medical experiences I’ve had in my life. The team at 7x7 has it together. Everything is so streamlined and easy for clients! It can be scary and intimidating to navigate surgical procedures, but they made my the experience transparent and stress free from the start. Before even visiting the office, they send you information about the procedure. They allow you to fill out your forms online and watch informational videos tailored to your unique situation., The experience is efficient and well planned from the start. Prior to the surgery, I went in for a consult. The staff is so professional and friendly (shout out to Angelo, who took care of me on both visits
