First, I have extreme anxiety and PTSD with dentist visits! I wish that I didn't HOWEVER, I explained this to both Dr. Z (Zayed) and Sandy and both were EXTREMELY patient through my process that I felt safe enough to came back to get my crown redone and Tori removal (oral surgery) I promise without the feeling that they listened to my concerns and were EXTREMELY patient with me through all this I would NOT have come back, because honestly I don't know how they are not SICK OF me and MY anxiety ha-ha, but they steady stay PATIENT with me and really are very concerned and caring through it all. Trust me I was so scared. I will stay a patient as long as they are there! Front staff/office staff are so welcoming and professional. They explain everything thoroughly which helps because someone like me who needs details and explanations constantly, they are very patient and kind. I go back in 3 weeks for the permanent crown, and I feel like I won't have that much anxiety this time around because they have really helped me keep the anxiety away. I really do love them. I am so grateful I found Dr. Z!

If I could give this place zero stars I WOULD!!!!!! This place is a scam!!!!! Dentist offices need to stick to dentistry and stop treating patients like they are selling used vehicles!!!!! Every time I go into the office there is always a hidden fee/charge from a previous appointment that they some how forgot to mention.... They are always trying to upsell. I came in for just a SIMPLE cleaning that was covered under the membership or whatever I purchased. Somehow I leave paying $47 for a missed charge that my insurance didn't cover from two appointments ago! So unfair as a consumer!!!! It's not even about the lousy $47 it's the PRINCIPLE of the matter!!!! Worst experience at a dentist practice EVER IN MY LIFE!!!!

This was my first visit. I thought staff were very professional and easy to work with. I am impressed by the care and friendliness expressed. I felt I was the focus and not just another patient.

I have allergies that cause me to not be able to have any numbing. Dr.Naem sent me to his allergy doctor and they could not test for what I needed testing for. I spent over a month looking and I sent him paperwork waiting to hear back. In the meantime my tooth he said I had to save it or it would change the shape of my face broke in half. I feel he knew how far gone the tooth was and was still trying to force me to have a route canal when I wanted it pulled from the beginning. Now I’m sitting in pain waiting for a game plan from him when all along all he had to say was he could not accommodate me instead of giving me the run around and keep asking me to schedule and pay when they can’t even numb me or work on me. Now I’m in pain and have to find a new dentist after being in the ER all night. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!

A Dental care is excellent in customer service and they meet all expectations of your dental needs, by providing quality care for their patients! I highly recommend A Dental Care to all who are looking for a wonderful experience, and a place that makes you feel comfortable and right at home.
