This office was a LIFESAVER! I chipped a crown the day before Christmas Eve, and my regular dentist as well as her emergency backup were closed. A+ was open and ready to see me immediately. Dr. Phan was efficient and explained my options clearly. My hygienist, Lana, was professional, comforting and compassionate. Micha and Virginia as well as the other office staff were helpful and understanding. I recommend them, especially if you need urgent dental care.

💥PLEASE DON''T ENTER TO THIS PL💥 This place is disgusting. Besides being dirty, the staff are very unprofessional. I YOLANDA HERNANDEZ MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR MY DAUGHTER KATE CASILLAS!!!,( 💥💥BOOTH OF OUR NAMES ARE IN YOUR SISTEM!!!💥💥💥💯 and after we paid for a cleaning, which they didn’t do, they tried to charge her extra. And since she is a young woman, they tried to take advantage of her, and they were very, very disrespectful. They didn’t respect her, and they didn’t want to give her the copies of the X-rays, the exams they did on her. The truth is, it is the worst place I have ever been to. I would not recommend it to anyone. It is dirty and foul-smelling, with people who are unprofessional and who are disgusting. “I am speaking on behalf of my daughter.” ...“I am speaking on behalf of my daughter.”🛑🛑🛑🛑

While the dentist provided good clinical care, my overall experience with the practice was significantly impacted by my interaction with Kenny. He was particularly rude and spoke to me in a degrading and dismissive manner, which made the office feel uncomfortable and unapproachable from the start. His behavior stood out and largely defined my experience at this practice. In addition, when I requested copies of my own records and written quotes for recommended procedures, the process felt unnecessarily difficult, secretive, and at times shady. Information that should have been transparent required repeated follow-ups, and I never felt like I was given the full picture. The practice appeared more focused on securing a 5-star review and payment than on clear communication and patient trust. While the dentist did good work, the overall experience left me hesitant to return to the office.

Amazing! I asked my insurance for an override to come see A+ Dental in Escondido to get a second opinion on massive work I’ve been told I need. Micha at the front desk made the most incredible impression even on the phone. I’m here in person now and they are doing a thorough evaluation and they’re not upselling me, they’re looking at even lower cost options, and that’s crucial in my case. Every single person here has been exceptionally kind and genuinely caring, i’m really really pleasant. You feel like you’re among good friends. And the doctor doing the evaluation is thorough and taking all the information down for a clear understanding of the total picture, carefully explaining everything to me. I could not be more impressed. This would be the best family dentist, and they also have specialists for Endodontics and other things here. They get my highest recommendation and very sincere thanks. They’ve been so helpful to me, and truly, truly appreciate it.

Every 1 star review about Kenny is accurate. He was outrageously rude to me and my sister. I cannot express how much I do not want to come back to this place because of him. If Kenny is working, do NOT go in for your appointment, it is THAT simple.
