I went to them to get teeth pulled and a denture plate put in in August of 2023. When it came time for the 6 month reline, the dentist had left the practice and the staff was less than helpful with me trying to get a reline. I never was able to get one through A-1 and because of that, I have cracked dentures. They will not work with me to fix the issue that is a direct result of their turnover rate. Their only option is for me to come wait in line at 7:30 in the morning with no appt guarantee. I would steer clear of this place, and I wish I would have.

I had an amazing experience at this clinic for a root canal. The doctor and his assistant were very hard-working, careful, and professional. They even gave me a blanket when I felt cold!
I am especially grateful because they found a hidden infection that other clinics in USA missed. This infection was causing me sinus problems, and now that the treatment is done, I can finally breathe clearly again.
The staff is caring, and they even shared my digital X-rays with me, which was very helpful. I highly recommend this team for their expertise and kindness. I will definitely be back!

The new management at this place is not good because my mom went for a dental appointment and had to wait approximately three months to get her teeth done. I definitely do not recommend it because they are not caring about the patients. This has never happened to my mom at this place before.

What a crock. The dentures fit perfect but are completely unusable, there is 0 BITE LENGTH on the teeth, there basically are no teeth, nothing to bite or chew with, I've seen bigger teeth on a 4ft 8 inch woman and I'm an almost 6 ft male, this is ridiculous. Going to contact my insurance company and some lawyers, this place should be shut down.
I saw another review on here where they claim the office denied them service for lack of copay at the time with medicaid, this is highly illegal and I will be contacting the NC Medicaid Ombudsman on that person's behalf and point to them the review they left. This place wont make it much longer, I am on a mission to make sure nobody else receives garbage they can't use for thousands of dollars.

If I could give negative stars I would! Horrible experience and a waste of time! I had called yesterday to ask if they would extract one of my wisdom teeth and they told me yes as long as I sent them a panoramic which my dental office emailed and I forwarded the email to them as well and when I get here at 9am they tell me the doctor does not want to remove my tooth which they could’ve just told me yesterday when I called rather than me taking a day off losing money for him to just tell me he will not extract my tooth. Horrible done come here unless you’ve got time to waste! The least they could do is be honest over the phone!

About A1 Dental Services
A1 Dental Services is a walk-in denture clinic at 3501 Associate Drive in Greensboro, North Carolina, located off Highway 29 South across from Lakeview Cemetery. The practice has served Greensboro and the surrounding Triad area since 1985, focusing on same day dentures, acrylic and cast metal partials, extractions, and full mouth X-rays. The clinic concentrates on being a prosthetic dentistry provider rather than offering implant surgery or other cosmetic dentistry, so patients researching dental care here should expect denture and partial services rather than dental implants.
What sets A1 Dental Services apart is its 11,000 square foot on-site dental lab, which the practice describes as staffed by technicians with over 100 years of combined experience. Because dentures are molded and made in house, many patients who arrive early in the morning can leave with a new smile the same afternoon, even after having teeth extracted that day. The clinic also handles denture repairs and relines while you wait. No appointment is needed, the office opens at 7:30 in the morning, and the practice operates on a cash basis with posted pricing, offers free consultations for new customers with restrictions, and states it now accepts Medicaid.
About the Care Team
A1 Dental Services is a walk-in denture clinic whose care centers on its large on-site dental lab rather than a publicly named dentist. The clinical team provides same day dentures, acrylic and cast metal partials, tooth extractions, relines, and repairs, supported by lab technicians with more than 100 years of combined experience. Patients can walk in without an appointment starting at 7:30 in the morning, and many who arrive early leave with a finished denture that same afternoon. The practice's website does not name individual dentists, so patients with questions about who will provide their care can call the office at (336) 621-2465.
