I’ve been coming to this dental center for the past two years and have been very happy with the care and service I’ve received. I’ve had regular check-ups, cleanings, fillings, and a crown done, and I’m pleased with all of them. Dr. Aaron was excellent, positive, precise, and professional, and his assistant Ashley was very patient and thorough. Everyone here is friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this dentist Dr. Roan. I came in with an aching tooth that was seeking temporary relief, which I believe is the bare minimum a patient should expect. I have never in my life Been turned away by a dentist who refuse to help relieve pain. Despite having to place a temporary filings and despite my insurance covering it...The doctor chose not to do so. Instead, I was told to go to local store CVS and buy temporary filing and do it myself. I find it's completely unacceptable and unprofessional, especially coming from a licensed dental provider.

The absolute worst customer care I have ever received (or have not received, as the case may be) in any "professional" setting I've been in. The moment I walked in the door, no one acknowledged me, there was no signage indicating what should be done, and I sat there for almost 15 minutes before I approached the desk to inquire whether or not I needed to check in. I got immediate attitude from one of the receptionists, with her including the line to the effect of, "Well, if you would have come up to the desk to ask about it..." I lost it at that point, trying to explain to them that it was very confusing for the patient about what they should be doing upon entry to the office. An argument ensued in which blame was placed on me for their incompetence of not greeting a new patient and ensuring they were checked in. Eventually, the dentist, Aaron Roan himself, came out and asked if there was a problem. When I explained to him the issue I was having (admittedly, in a loud tone because I was frustrated over being blamed for asking a question about check in). I was about 1/3 of the way into my sentence and he said, "I don't think this is gonna work out." I agreed, we exchanged some pleasantries, and I was on my way. I would highly recommend that one finds someone who cares about their patients instead of just making a buck. For me, this isn't it.

My wife and I have been patients here for some time, and we always leave feeling well cared for. The staff is not only attentive but also incredibly friendly, always taking the time to answer our questions and make sure we’re comfortable. Whether it’s a routine cleaning or a more involved procedure, we know we’re in good hands. It’s refreshing to find a dental office that genuinely cares about their patients’ well-being. We’re so glad to have found this place and can’t recommend them enough!
