I want to express my gratitude to the staff at AB Dental on Tezel Rd. I have had such an anxiety about going to the dentist for a very long time and was looking for a home dental office. Thank you Dr. Osei, you are such an attentive doctor and what you say felt genuine and Joseph you did an awesome job, even though my dental journey just started but so far so good. Thank you Mary, you’ve been great to interact with as well. You all have made my new experience wonderful so far. I feel a bit more comfortable on my next visit. Thank you everyone!

I had a great experience at my local dentist, and I especially want to recognize Ashley and Kim for their excellent service. They were both friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. They took the time to answer my questions and made sure I felt well taken care of. It’s always nice to have people who genuinely care about their patients and create such a welcoming atmosphere. Thank you, Ashley and Kimberlin, for making my visit a great one

Came to this dentist with such high hopes and have been nothing but disappointed. Every appointment took several hours. Temporary crowns popped off or broke SEVERAL times. When it came time to put the permanent ones it was also a run around. Wrong color was ordered so needed to schedule ANOTHER appointment. Overall I had to miss several days of work for ONE tooth and it looks awful. One of the other permanent ones came off- they didn't not have an appointment for several days and when I went back to have the permanent reset it was placed so carelessly. You can SEE how it is not even placed on the whole tooth and sits a lot lower than the rest of my teeth. Now my bite is also off and I have bad gum pain there because food is always getting stuck. Dr. Osei has great bedsice manner but ulitmatley over books making the quality of his work not great. I've attached picture. See for yourself! I will be seeking a second opinion from another dentist and possibly filing a complaint with the Texas Board. This is crazy.

First time there. It was phenomenal! The staff and dentists there are very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. They listen to your every problem and approach it with grace and understanding. They work with you to get you the best possible service needed. I wish is had heard of them sooner.

Mainly rating below 3 star because I made an appointment, arrived early, and waited for over an hour past my appointment time and was never seen. Unfortunately I had to leave so I didn't experience service. Can't comment on that. This placed seemed promising because they offer 5 pm appointments (which I booked), which is way better for me to take with my work schedule. The waiting room seemed very busy, so maybe they over booked this time and / or appointments before were running late? Either way, never excusable to not respect an appointment time, especially an hour late. The good news is that the process up to that point was very pleasant and professional. The staff are very kind and helpful, and filling out information online was very convenient. The office itself was nice enough, and staff were courteous.
