I’m not thrilled with our experience with Abbeville dentistry this far. We unfortunately had to switch to them once our insurance was no longer in network at our previous dentist. We have been patients since July. I schedule our appointments and put them on my calendar & the confirmation text they send me is always different than my scheduled time. For example our appointment is at three & the confirmation text says it’s at 2. This has happened on numerous occasions. They have also cancelled and rescheduled multiple times-once for a “mistake” in their system & once for an emergency. I understood the emergency situation but the rescheduling for no reason was ridiculous. And my son is currently in the process of having braces & every time we go to get his bands changed I ask for our balance. Originally our balance after insurance was $1800, I paid $500 for a down payment. In August they told me our balance was $600 & today they told me my balance was $1792???? I am not sure why they cannot tell me my correct balance.

Great service and friendly staff. Took the time to explain issues…didn’t rush the exam. For someone who isn’t fond of any dentist office from prior experiences…I highly recommend them!
