I love it here! They take a lot of different insurance companies. I love the sweet, gentle dentist thats at the 50th street location on Wednesdays. She explains everything well and checks on me multiple times during my visit. The staff is very kind and friendly. They make it incredibly easy to check in & run my insurance through. The text reminders are wonderful as well. I rarely wait more than 5 minutes for my appointment.
The only negative is their automated system. Before appointments, they send a text to "update" my information, but the form is COMPLETELY blank. Basically, it wants me to fill out everything again as if I am a new patient. I have mentioned it twice to the front desk, and they said they would check on that, but Im pretty sure they never have. If that happens, I dont fill out anything on the blank form. The front desk does not ever ask about it, so it must be okay to just ignore it - just a tip for anyone who might be in that situation:). Overall, this is a WONDERFUL dentist office. I actually come 90 miles to see them if that tells you anything! 馃┓

Always has such a great experience every time I come in. Rebecca and Victoria are always at the front desk. Willing to be so helpful. Dr. Son is very thorough and explains everything. She's doing step by step. And my hygienist Carmen is the best. One of the best staff I've been coming for over 20 years and never disappointed.

This place is the best dentistry we鈥檝e EVER been to and I have a son from age 38- a daughter whom is 16! The entire staff here is AMAZING! Sweetest staff ever from the front desk all the way back to our dentist! The front desk clerk went as far as to go next door to get me a water for my cough attack due to a dry throat! Talk about going above and beyond! WE LOVE IT HERE!

Great experience at Abbeville. Carmen was to the point and did great work on my cleaning. The girls at the front Rebecca and Victoria were professional and kind. The Practice Manager is awesome and reminds me so much of my mom!!!! Thank you ladies!

Everyone was very kind and informative. They got me back in no time for initial visit X-rays and input from the oral hygienist and dentist. They were even able to get me in for a deep cleaning immediately after the initial visit. The office was very upfront about all treatment options along with their recommended add-ons and costs. While they do recommend certain add-on options, they explicitly tell you this is not necessary and do not make you feel pressured. Highly recommend.
