I love that they scheduled a same day appointment for me. The dentist actually pointed to the x-ray to show me exactly what was going on with my enamel and what was causing my sensitivity. He was very knowledgeable and reasonable. He gave me some solutions for my at home routine and told me to try that first before trying any procedures. Not money hungry. He and the RDA both had great bedside manners.

Xrays were fine, filling was fine. For my cleaning, they charged me for a deeper clean, then the hygienist only took about 15 minutes with me (did not see the doctor after) and was promptly shooed out the door to pay my bill. I got home to find visible plaque on my teeth. Then 2 weeks later, I was notified that the bill I already paid was not sufficient and was immediately spam called, texted and emailed about it being overdue. Unacceptable.

Dr. Wilkins provided excellent professional service, with a smile. Very personable and provided a pleasant experience. My exam was very thorough with an explanation of the findings. Options were presented by never pressured to take any of them. Hanna, the dental hygienist was excellent. She was very gentle and patient.

Referred me out for a root canal with an extremely expensive specialist. Got a second opinion and only needed a filling. They also missed 3 cavities in my mouth, and sent me a bill for an appointment I was told would be free 2 weeks after the appointment. Additionally, my first time in, I was sat waiting in the chair for a cleaning for almost an hour. I kept being told they would "get to me soon" and they never got to me because I had to leave.
