You could not have asked for a more friendly and professional staff. My dentist was the nicest person I could have met and I know he is very skilled at what he does. Without hesitation I would recommend Abilene surgical institute to everyone !!! Having been a nurse for 38 years with 24 years and all critical units you kind of know when who's taking care of you knows what they're doing and they most certainly do without a doubt

From the time I came in the office, the staff was very friendly. They took their time to explain how things worked. When I asked the receptionist for lotion, I was amazed that she had some and shared it with me. The nurse was again very clear with questions and answers about my options and my plan of treatment. The doctor then was very patient with everything I asked him. He was understanding of other procedures that I had scheduled with other doctors and was willing to work around my schedule. The willingness of all the staff was just amazing and the fact that they were willing to work with and for me was much more than I expected. Definitely would recommend to everyone.

Dr. Tran and all of his staff were so professional but also very compassionate. I truly appreciate that they were able to work me into the schedule quickly when I was referred by my dentist. Dr Tran was extremely knowledgeable and patiently answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. The insurance part is confusing, but his office staff are pros! I appreciate their commitment to both excellence and kindness, and I can now go into my surgery assured that I have the best possible team.

I had such a great experience at Abilene Surgical Associates! The entire staff was incredibly kind and made me feel so comfortable from the moment I arrived. The nurse had to try a few times to find a vein (my veins like to hide 😅), but she was so sweet and patient that I truly didn’t even mind.
They went above and beyond to make me comfortable — they literally tucked me in with a blanket, put sunglasses on me, and before I knew it, I was out. The care and kindness really stood out and made what could have been a stressful experience feel calm and easy. I’m very thankful for such a wonderful team and would absolutely recommend them!

As someone who has dental anxiety Miriam handled everything to perfection. I had wisdom teeth removal. She treated everything gracefully and with such respect. She listened to me and made everything so calming. After IV was in which she did perfectly and no pain everything else was smooth and quick. Dr Graves did the procedure she was very kind and informative. I hope I don’t have to come back lol but if I do I want Dr. Graves & Miriam again.

About Abilene Surgical Associates - Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery
Abilene Surgical Associates is an oral and maxillofacial surgery practice in Abilene, Texas, offering dental implant treatment along with wisdom teeth removal, tooth extractions, and oral pathology care. The practice describes itself as a surgical center built on hospital-grade safety standards and advanced technology, aiming to bring specialized surgical expertise to patients throughout the Big Country region without requiring travel to a larger city.
For patients considering dental implants, the practice notes that its surgeons use 3D imaging with a Cone Beam CT scanner to plan implant placement by visualizing nerve pathways and bone structure before surgery begins. The office also offers IV sedation and general anesthesia on site for patients who feel anxious about surgery, with staff trained to monitor vitals throughout the procedure. Patients are told that after implants, a soft diet may be needed initially, with a gradual return to normal eating as healing progresses.
