Very disappointing experience. We were referred there from another dentist's office to do further imaging & assist with the referral process to another specialist. We drove from out of town & then were told there is no appt showing for my child when we received confirmation texts, and then told there is nothing they can do. The person who took the initial call said they called the front office to explain this situation, assured that is something they can help with, & made the appt. If they couldn't assist with this, they should have stated then prior to making an aopt. There is also no reason for their front office staff to be so condescending and rude especially after someone drive for almost 2 hours.

They got me in same day for a dental emergency. They provided me several treatment options and referrals if i chose specific treatment. All in all they did good and I have no complaints. I appreciate the ladies at the front They were super kind and helpful and the dental assistant was also very kind and helpful.

Dr Sam was great, the staff also were very kind and helpful. Dr Sam made me feel comfortable and helped ease my anxiety when extracting an infected tooth(which they were able to get me in same day) He was quick and so kind. I will definitely be back for my normal check up! This is a great office.

This is my favorite of the different Absolute Dental offices I’ve been too. It’s bigger & more welcoming & friendly. I received excellent service from all of the staff I encountered here! It was a great experience from start to finish. I felt valued & respected here & look forward to returning.

So the visit was great....dentist, hygienist and assistant were all very nice and attentive to my concerns. I thank Absolute Dental for that experience.
What I was a bit offended by though, was the receptionist that went over my insurance coverage and cost.....she was EXTREMELY rude, and had a bad posture and cold attiude. She was very condescending and conniving. Very cold. She presented the numbers to me as though she knew I couldn't afford them, and continued to keep reading off all those high numbers LOUDLY. Please let her know, to never treat patients like that. It turned me away, and because of this incident at the end of the visit, I will now be changing my dentistry.
This woman had dark complexion. She looked like maybe she was from INDIA, and wore a green sweater today. Please inform all representatives to keep a high spirited smile with all patients, and to stay professional with more friendly body language and expressions.
Thank you
