Dr.Schneider is great ! He & Nicole made me feel very comfortable from the beginning at the consultation! They truly care for the patients by throughly explaining the procedure & also following up the same day after surgery! Happy to have choose his office!

Acadiana Oral & Facial Surgery is an oral and maxillofacial surgery practice located at 117 Rue Fontaine in Lafayette, Louisiana, with a second office in New Iberia. The practice is led by Dr. Bruce Schneider, a board certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon, and its oral surgery services include dental implant placement, tooth extraction, wisdom teeth removal, bone grafting, sinus lifts, impacted canines, jaw surgery, oral pathology, facial trauma, TMJ disorders, and sleep apnea. The practice notes that because of Dr. Schneider's anesthesia training, procedures can be performed while the patient sleeps.
For patients missing teeth, the practice describes dental implants as small titanium posts placed in the jawbone that bond with the bone and anchor replacement teeth, whether a single crown, a bridge, a full fixed bridge, or a removable overdenture. Meet the Doctors
Dr. Bruce Schneider, DDS, is a board certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon. He is a graduate of the University of Southwestern Louisiana (now the University of Louisiana at Lafayette), earned his Doctorate in Dental Surgery from Louisiana State University in New Orleans, and completed his residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery through Yale University School of Medicine and the Hospital of St. Raphael in New Haven, Connecticut, where facial cosmetic surgery and facial trauma and reconstruction were major components of his training.
