The staff and Dr. Minas are both friendly and professional. Dr. M is thorough and straightforward regarding a treatment plan, and he takes the time to explain the best options. I was so grateful for Sierra, the side chair assistant, whose personality was both beaming and compassionate. The hygienist, Amy, is clearly knowledgeable, and she explained everything in detail. On top of all of this, their scheduling and availability for appointments is unheard of! They got me in within two days of my calling. I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't have to wait weeks. I would recommend Dr. Minas and his crew to anyone.

First Id like to say. This is not the Access Dental that was here in Carthage before. This is whole different group! They are amazing! I am in my 60s and had only been to the dentist maybe 7 times in my life! Most weren't good visits! Not only were this group fast and efficient. They made my visits anxiety free! Everyone is helpful and makes you comfortable.I could ask anything and not made to feel stupid! Also are able to get you in pretty fast!! I love my Dentist now and am so happy to find this group of professionals who really do care!! I leave smiling Everytime!! Thanks Access Dental!

Loved the entire staff! Everyone was friendly and personable. Explained every step of the way to me making sure I knew why they were doing what I was doing. Lili, Amie, and Dr were excellent! Even got me in next day for additional things needed!

They wasted our time. My husband needs new dentures. They wanted to make the impression from his old dentures. Also he doesn't have the middle arch in his top denture and they argued that he WILL have the arch in the new ones not listening to the Customer! He cannot handle the arch therefore he does not have one. But they insisted that his new dentures have the arch. He won't be able to wear them. Then we went into the impression appointment. They refused to take an impression from his gums stating they needed to take it from his old dentures, but his mouth has shrank. I do not recommend these people if you want things done the way you want them done. I felt like I was buying a car. These people are like car salesmen. They don't listen to you and your needs. They have one way of doing things and that's the way they do it like it or not. But they're going to take your money and do it their way not your way. Find another place to do your dentures because this is not the place unless you like being told what to do and having a retail location not to the customer and their needs!

The staff was friendly, compassionate, and informative. The only detractor was the length of down time. I got in with the dental assistant close to my appointment time. I waited for the dental hygienist for nearly an hour. However, once the hygienist started, the visit went very quickly. Overall, I would recommend.

About Access Dental, Dentures & Implants
Access Dental, Dentures & Implants is a Southwest Missouri family dental group with an office at 2507 Clinton Street in Carthage, Missouri. The practice describes itself as affordable family dentistry with dentures and implants, and the Carthage team says it aims to treat patients like neighbors, friends, and family rather than numbers. Services listed on the practice website include initial oral examinations, dental implants, dentures and removable partials, composite tooth-colored fillings, crowns, bridges, veneers, root canals, tooth extractions, periodontal disease care, teeth whitening, children's dentistry, sports dentistry, and snoring appliances.
For patients missing teeth, the practice explains that dental implants are titanium posts placed in the jawbone that fuse with the bone over several months before being used to support a replacement tooth or other dental prosthesis. Dentures and partials are made in the practice's own on-site dental lab, which it says usually allows new teeth to be ready the next day, and sometimes the same day, with adjustments made while you wait. Access Dental accepts most dental insurance plans as well as Medicaid and Medicare, files claims on the patient's behalf, and offers an All Access Pass membership option for patients without insurance.
Meet the Doctors
The Carthage office is led by Dr. Zaki Minas, DMD, who the practice identifies as the location's lead provider. Originally from New Jersey, Dr. Minas earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health. The practice describes him as dedicated to helping patients find a dental home, improving their oral health, and continuing to build his skills with current dental techniques and technology.
