Went in Friday June 5th for an appointment, Paid and Scheduled everything for Monday June 8th. (in 3 days) Went to the location on Ayers and waiting in my vehicle till 11:45 (appointment was at 12) went to try the doors and they were Locked. No desk light on but only the waiting area, Everything else was turned off. Called until a Dentist picked up the phone and he didn’t know that his own location was closed. He then LIED and said they have had electricity issues all week and that they had no electricity for a few days-week. I was there Friday June 5th. There were other patients as well.
•They already lied.
I have already paid for work to be done for Monday, No calls, No Texts, Not even a curtesy email saying they were closed or even to reach out for a reschedule. It has been 3 hours since I’ve called and they have NOT reached back out to reschedule or resolve anything. I have already paid for services for Monday June 8th. Couldn’t even offer to have work done at a different officer ( 3 different locations) 😒 Bank & Insurance are getting notified as well as emails to the boards.

Had to call 4 times just for my X-rays to get sent they gave me the run around for 2 days! And for my appointment I had 2 complaints Dr dismissed my concerns and went straight to the highest cleaning he could do to max me out. He claimed I had “no cavities” but needed an SRP? I work in the dental field as well and KNOW I have a few cavities and he did not diagnose properly.

Staff was nice. But after leaving me in the room for awhile. My eyes were looking at everything. And I did not like what I saw. It was filthy dirty. I did not feel comfortable, I thought dentist were supposed to be clean. That was my biggest concern.

I’ve always came here and the staff are amazing but the front desk needs not to be on FaceTime or anything it’s very unprofessional and also doesn’t get paper work turned in.

I wish I had read the reviews before wasting time with this place. The new dentist had to start over and this place maxed out the insurance without finishing the service. Do not go here.
