The staff are very friendly. They did everything they could do for me with my insurance. And of course my insurance wouldn't help me. But that's not thier fault. The dentist and her assistant were very nice. They would stop and ask me if I was doing ok. Very clean teeth.

What’s the deal ? Why are all offices closed ? My daughter was supposed to have an appointment this month and no one mentioned about there system being hacked into… I heard they might not even open back up. What are the next steps to this? Do I need to look into another Orto? No one is saying anything… am I going to be charged double cause if this? I need answers!

I came in with a very painful tooth and Dr. Habrawi took great care of me. She made me feel comfortable from the start and explained everything clearly before beginning the procedure. The extraction was quick and, to my surprise, completely painless. I didn’t feel anything while she was working on the tooth. She was gentle, professional, and very reassuring throughout the entire visit. I truly appreciate the care and skill she provided and would definitely recommend her to anyone needing dental work.

Dr H was the best! Very informative very to the point I had a different dentist 6 months ago and gave me no hope but Dr H really gave a great plan without having removing my teeth since I have no cavities I'm going to be 55 years old thank you Dr H you're the best definitely highly recommend

I am frustrated and disappointed with their service. I made an appointment weeks in advance and sent them the insurance information. Called them again to make sure that they have everything they need from me. They sent me automated message to confirm the appointment. And then, 2 days before the appointment, I get a text message saying that the appointment is canceled because they don’t take military United Concordia. Before I made the appointment, the first question I asked was whether they take my insurance. They said yes and made the appointment and did mention any issues with my insurance for 3 weeks. Today is a Saturday and now I have to wait for 2 days to call around to make another appointment which will be scheduled for weeks later. I need immediate care. This is unacceptable.
