Staff is not very efficient. Came in end of January February for cleaning and needed to get an insurance estimate for a crown, which staff never called me back. I mentioned it when I came in for my next cleaning and was able to set up the appointment for my crown. I wanted to do sedation, so paid over $200, for medication up front. I was supposed to be able to pick up the medication the week before, but it was never called into my drugstore. I walked into the office on the Thursday before the procedure and had told her about this incident plus something else which the person at the front desk didn’t really seem to understand what I was trying to say, and she didn’t understand what I was trying to say and there was nobody else available to talk about my concern. The staff at the front desk, said that she would call in the medication on Monday. I asked for it to be called in that day, Thursday, so that I would be able to pick it up. My pharmacy never received the order. This dental office is closed on Friday. Since I’m already anxious about having this procedure done, and not able to get the medication in a timely manner when it was told for me to go pick it up at on particular date, I am not very happy with this office. As of this posting, I have not had any work done with the dentist, only cleanings and dealing with staff.

I have had the best care and treatment from Doctor Mac and his staff. They do a Great job of treating and keeping me informed of what’s being done to include follow up checks after the procedures. Highly recommend

Dr. Mac is an "A" plus dentist. My family and I chose him as our dentist in 2007 when we moved to Adel. He's a football fan and all 3 of my son's look up to him. But what places him above the rest for me, is his faith and love for God.

I've been using Adel Dental associates for 5 years. The staff and Dr Mac go above and beyond to ensure your visits are friendly and as painless as possible. Very much satisfied . 👏👏👏. 🏆

I am a new patient with Dr.Mac. My first visit was great. The staff was very kind and knowledgeable. I'm so glad that I felt heard as a patient and he took he time to explain to me what was going on and set up a dental plan. I cannot express how wonderful my experience was I am so blessed to finally have a dentist that I can trust.
