Office staffing Unfriendly and rude to the point of Ignorance of the law. They expected a 70year old emergency patient to sit on the ground outside their offices while they ate lunch without notification and then Said "Its on Our Website". Expected her to sign a blank form. Illegal.

I’ve been a patient at Aesthetic, Implant & Family Dentistry PC in Woodland Park, NJ, for almost three years, and I can’t recommend them enough! Dr. Saad is absolutely amazing at what he does—skilled, professional, and truly cares about his patients. I have gone to many other dental offices, by far non compare to Dr. Saad. The office is always spotless, and the staff is incredibly friendly and polite. They go above and beyond to help in any way possible, making every visit a pleasant experience. Appointments are always on time; the longest I’ve ever waited was about 10 minutes, and that was only once or twice in all my visits. They work with your schedule and explain everything up front before starting any treatment. They also accept all types of insurance, so there are no surprises. The office is in a large building with multiple businesses inside, making it easy to find. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, professional, and accommodating dental office, this is the place to go! -Hope this helps you whom ever is reading it. I am so glad I found this dentistry. They are great and they ensure you’re comfortable. You also don’t wait when you get there if your appointment is 9 you will be seen at 9. Great staff.

Dr. Saad was very professional. I came in with a dental emergency and I was able to get it fix in one visit. He kept me informed throughout the whole process and overall the visit was very pleasant.

I was very ashamed of my teeth and I needed dentures the doctor gave me the perfect partial’s my bottom dentures he did everything to help my gums because I had bone loss he is great at his work I am so happy to have met him he also put crowns on five of my teeth so I would not loose them so I can get the partials with no metal I would recommend him to anyone he truly cares about his patients teeth it was an honor to have him work on my teeth and made sure the partial fit perfect.
