I can’t say I’ve ever described a dental appointment as enjoyable, but Dr. Nosti and his team changed that for me!
I had two fillings done today, and the entire experience was fantastic. Everyone in the office was friendly, professional, and welcoming. I was seen quickly, Dr. Nosti was very personable and attentive, and he made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure.
What really stood out to me is how closely he works with my orthodontist. It makes me feel like I have a solid team surrounding my care, and that level of communication and collaboration means a lot.
I highly recommend Dr. Nosti and his staff. They provide exceptional care and make going to the dentist a much better experience than I ever expected.

I have been a client at Advanced Cosmetics and General dentistry for over 25 years. I had an issue with my cap on Friday and was away for the weekend. Dr Nosti called me right back and left me a message I was in the chair that Monday and had my tooth temporarily repaired. I always have peace of mind if anything goes wrong, that I know I will be seen as soon as possible. I live the convenience and all the ladies that work there are amazing !!! I will not go to any other dentist. Top notch !!!!!!!

Impressive experience overall. The office staff is caring, attentive, extremely knowledgeable, and patient through every question or concern. They truly mirror the professionalism and compassion of the dentist. Never thought I’d say this, but after just the initial consult, I’m actually looking forward to going back for treatment and cleanings.

Dr Nosti and his wonderful staff have been so great to me since I first started coming here in Mays Landing in 2025.
I was instantly comforted by a staff with a calm and caring approach, as I came to them hurting and scared. It’s very encouraging.
My appointments are always on time.
The office is so very clean and ultra modern.
Dr Nosti is confident in all he does and gentle. It has taken my fear away and replaced it with health and new joy!
Dr Nosti always checks to see how the process is going along the way in the visit.
Truly a consideration that helps so much.

Lovely front desk staff. Very personable. Accommodated my schedule. Jen Nosti gave me an amazing cleaning. Very informative. She knows her stuff. Dr. Nosti is the best. Also very informative with great guidance for the care of my gums. Thank you all for a wonderful first visit experience. Well worth my hour drive. You guys are great!!!

Meet the Doctors
The practice is led by Dr. John Nosti, DMD, FAGD, FACE, FICOI, who holds fellowships in the Academy of General Dentistry, the Academy of Comprehensive Esthetics, and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. He serves as Clinical Director of Education for The Clinical Mastery Series, is a faculty member of the Misch Institute of Implantology, and has been selected as a Top Dentist in New Jersey by New Jersey Monthly magazine every year since 2010. He is joined by associate dentist Dr. Katie Campbell, a U.S. Army veteran who earned her dental degree at Virginia Commonwealth University and completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry program with the Army at Fort Jackson, South Carolina.
