The front office staff are friendly, tactful, and organized. The dental hygienists and assistants are also very professional and super nice. They do a fantastic job explaining things and follow very organized processes. Dr. Driskill is just the most amazing dentist I have ever had working in my mouth. Her bedside is so friendly and professional. I was treated with much care and respect. I appreciate her knowledge and expertise in the dental profession. I can tell she loves what she does as much as she knows what she’s doing! Fabulous experience and 10 out of 10 highly recommend! 🫶🏾

Advanced Dental Care of Springfield has some of the most professional staff I have ever encountered. From the administrative team to the dental assistants who prepare patients and support the dentists, everyone is courteous, knowledgeable, and dedicated to providing outstanding care.
The dentists are exceptional. They take the time to explain procedures, answer questions, and ensure patients feel comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. All of my dental care has been awesome. My only 2 complaints are the dental could be a little more friendly and the lady dentist told me I didn't need any sedation for a missed cavity that needs filled. I feel the lady dentist doesn't know my past so how can she judge if sedation is needed. If we had a outstanding bill I kinda would understand.

To say that I FEARED dental care would be an understatement. I had tried other dentists before that had claimed to offer “gentle dentistry” and they all fell short. Then, knowing my husband had come here I thought I would give it my best effort.
My first call to the office was probably awful for them. I couldn’t even make an appointment for not even being able to talk. They were the kindest ever. They emailed me information and texted me an opportunity to come in. Best decision ever.
Now, I knew I needed a full set of dentures and boy that’s a process. BUT, a 100% painless process with this amazing team of professionals supporting and guiding your every need.
I will forever be grateful, not only for their stellar professionalism and knowledge but for their kindness and understanding as humans.

The entire staff, including Dr. Driskill were amazing.They were.friendly and professional throughout. They did exceptional work in a short time and made sure all my questions were answered. I highly recommend this office for your dental needs.
