I visited this dental clinic yesterday for a tooth extraction, and honestly, the experience was far better than I expected. From the moment I walked in, everything felt calm, professional, and welcoming. Dr. Jay Patel did an outstanding job. I’m someone who gets nervous even at the thought of a needle, but he handled everything with so much care and patience that the entire process felt surprisingly easy. The extraction was smooth, pain-free, and I always felt informed and reassured. His approach really makes a difference. I came in alone, but I never felt uncomfortable or unattended. The staff was equally wonderful—especially Carlos, who assisted throughout. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of, which I truly appreciated. I can’t speak for every service they offer, but based on how I was treated, I’m confident they maintain the same level of care across the board. The customer service here is excellent, and the overall experience was genuinely positive. Highly recommended for anyone looking for dental care. I’m sharing this review along with a few photos I took, and I can confidently say this is a place you can trust.

This was my first consultation, and Dr. Patel and his team made a strong impression right away; professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The 3-D scan provided a clear picture of my overall dental health, which allowed Dr. Patel to offer thoughtful, well-informed recommendations. Treatment hasn’t begun yet, but based on the level of expertise and care I’ve already seen, I’m confident I’m in capable hands and looking forward to a successful outcome. I had teeth extracted on my second visit, and the entire experience was far better than I expected. The dental team was professional, calm, and clearly knew what they were doing. They explained the procedure beforehand, which helped ease my nerves. The extraction itself was smooth and efficient, and surprisingly, I had no pain after the surgery. Recovery has been comfortable so far, which says a lot about their skill and care. I’d definitely recommend this team to anyone needing dental work done. A few weeks after my teeth extraction, I returned for a post-surgery check-up. Once again, Dr. Patel and his team were professional, attentive, and welcoming throughout the visit.

I had a wonderful experience at my appointment. Suddenly, the long drive subsided. No waiting, I was seen immediately. The staff member that did my intake was very courteous, knowledgeable, professional and compassionate. She listened, intensely. Then Dr Abahtrow, (excuse the spelling) came in, sat down, looked me in eyes as he explained everything about his services and answered my questions. No one rushed any part of the visit. He then said, he'll treat just as he would his own mother, we're the same age. I was able to sigh, feel comfortable and trusting. From the time I entered the warmth of the office, until I walked out of the door, I felt the love of JESUS. I look forward to my return visits. Distance is not an issue, but how you make a person feel is what I'll remember. Thank you all for your kindness, support and understanding. May God continue to bless your establishment. 💯❤️🙏🏿

I went in today for TMJ issues and Dr. Adatrow and the entire staff was bubbly and warm! They made feel very comfortable and explained things well without rushing! The icing on the cake was they were blasting much of the Christian music I listen to daily. I knew I was in the right place when I heard that!! I've not ever looked forward to dental procedures until now. Thanks to Dr. Erica Robinson at Dove Family Dentistry for the referral!!
