I had an excellent experience with Dr. Smith for a tooth extraction and implant. I was really nervous going into it, but he took the time to reassure me and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. The procedure went smoothly, and I was honestly surprised at how little pain I had afterward. Highly recommend Dr. Smith if you’re looking for a skilled and compassionate dentist.

I scheduled a new patient appointment for an implant consultation the very end of March for an 8:30am appointment for today, April 29. On April 27th, I received a text that they would be short staffed today and I offered to reschedule. They said no, it’s no problem. When I checked in for my appointment, I said again I was happy to reschedule as they were short staffed. Again, was told it wasn’t a problem. 40 min after my scheduled appointment time I was asked to reschedule for May 20th. I have my degree in medical office management and have always worked in the dental field. I was also going to be paying cash which speaks for itself in a dental office. I’m very disappointed in the front office staff for telling me twice that the staffing issue wasn’t a problem when I was more than willing to reschedule. Instead, I sat for 40 min and was then asked to come back May 20th which I declined. A poorly run front office directly affects the Implant Dentist and his back office team.

I went in after a horrible experience with another dentist group. Advanced Dental staff and Dr. Smith were so friendly and kind! Very relaxing appointment from beginning to end. Thank you so much! Totally recommend them!

Boomer here …I’ve had a huge amount of dental work done in the last 40 years by 8 exceptional dentists/dental specialists. I’m an engineer and we are very fussy with applied skills. We seek out perfection. Dr. Smith is the most skilled dentist I’ve ever come across. Period. His mechanical skills are off the chart outstanding, and his ability to find solutions for difficult situations is equally impressive which all speaks to a huge amount of experience with a gifted ability. I trust Dr. Smith’s judgement and guidance on all aspects with my teeth. Gary Z.
