I went here in 2020 to get my top implants done and had no problems, really everything was so much better than I made it out in my head. Pain was not bad at all. I had my bottoms done in 2026 and I could not be more happy. My teeth look so good.
I drive 40 miles to goto the DTC location. There are implant places closer to home but I don’t know what I’m getting. I will make the long drive for great patient care!! The staff here are amazing!!! They know you by name, treat you kindly and with respect and no judgement. This procedure is so personal and they really do a great job to make you feel safe, comfortable and then confident. I could not be more happy with the end product. Tia is just amazing and one of my favorites there but they are all just as amazing. You won’t be disappointed!

My experience was absolutely phenomenal from beginning to end! I have spent the last two years trying to find a place to help me with the complex All-on-four procedure that I needed. Everywhere else really fell short in one or many ways. Advanced Dental implant Center made me feel comfortable and kept me well informed throughout the entire process. They never made me feel talked down to, and were available to efficiently walk me through everything. Doctors Justus and Hoffman are true artists, and they both really made sure to devote the time necessary to me in order to make me feel like I was truly a part on the team, not just a number. There was not a single member of the staff who disappointed in any way. I couldn't be happier with my results, and would recommend this team to anyone!

For the 1st time in my life, I look forward to going to the dentist. Every single employee here, in addition to the Doctors, are so welcoming and sincere and make you feel like family. I haven’t actually had my procedure done yet, it’s on the books for next month, but in the 2 appointments I’ve had, they have been more thorough and more educational than ANY of the seven restorative offices I’ve been to and received estimates from. Advanced Dental may not offer the lowest price for a completely new set of teeth, but they’re not the most expensive either; and for the amount of time and knowledge they bestow you, they should be at the top of the list. My dad used to always say, ‘you buy cheap, you get cheap;’ so when it comes to the last set of teeth you plan on having for the rest of your life, I wouldn’t feel too comfortable going with a budget Dentist. I honestly feel like this facility sets the gold standard for reconstructive dentistry, and I’ll follow up with another review once my procedure is complete. If you’re hesitant about choosing a dentist who will give you the smile and function of teeth you’ve always longed for, please don’t let it come down to price; which I totally understand, because I felt exactly the same way, but why I’m here now. My family wasted $35,000 on a dentist who gave me a great smile that lasted for 3 months. It ALL went bad after that and left me in a worse position than before. Advanced Dental has a range of options that seems to run the gamut, and could accommodate almost anyone. If you base your decisions on honest reviews rather than advertising, then pay attention to this one and book a consult immediately; I PROMISE you won’t be disappointed. More to follow..

Dr. Hoffman was so great. He is patient and understanding. He listens and answers all of your questions. He puts you at ease and is so competent at what he does. I first met him at another dental center but changed to Advanced Dental Implant Center because I wanted to continue to work with him.
The staff is so kind and supportive. They make you feel at ease.

Dr. Olson is great, I’m happy with the implant he did on me. He’s very professional n friendly that makes me comfortable. He answered all my questions. Tia n Shelby always makes me feel relaxed n comfortable, I love 🥰 them dearly even Marina is friendly n smiling. Great team! God Bless you All!

Dr. Adam Olsen, DMD, is an oral and maxillofacial surgeon who earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and completed an oral surgery residency at Denver Health Medical Center. The site also lists Arne Hoffmann, PhD, as General Manager overseeing the surgical and restorative teams; he is described as a dental technician and periodontal residency trained clinician but is not listed as a treating dentist.
