Today I went to Advanced dental Spa as a new patient. I have some pretty bad teeth and was a bit worried about their reactions. Simone brought me into the room and did my x-rays and she was very pleasant and personable. She was calm and took my concerns into consideration and was patient with me. No judgments and kept a cheery attitude. I also saw Dr. Khalifa today and she explained things thoroughly and what she thought would be the best course of action and also, no judgment. She was also pleasant and listened to my concerns. If this is what to expect than I am very glad I chose them. They both deserve recognition for outstanding service. Thank you.

Went in because I had partials that went across the roof of my mouth which didn't sit correctly for me and was bothering me. The dental assistant Alison was great and gave me the option to cut it so they were individuals that I can pop in instead and she did that made sure the fit properly, shaved it down a couple of times until they were what I wanted and fit comfortably. She was awesome! I have been coming here for years with my children and have never had an issue. Definitely recommend 馃憣

Never called me back. Had an appnt. they did not know my condition (even tho everything was on my record) and I had called ahead asking if they need it something/pre authorizations, etc. due to my condition. They said everything was good and surprise, the day of my appnt. they said they do need stuff after all. Staff said they were going to contact my doctor and called me back in a couple days, two weeks passed and no contact and when I called, they said they don鈥檛 know what I was talking about so I explained again and they said they will call me back with info. so I can finally schedule the appnt. Another week came in and nothing, what a joke. Two secretaries in the front and nobody can do the job and when you call, you can hear they are annoyed if you ask them for something because you are making them work. I will just find another dental office.

I have been going here for years, they鈥檙e always great & pleasant and will work with your schedule to give you the best appointment time that works for you. Whatever you go there for you will come out with happy results, very nice people, very clean place and you don鈥檛 have to wait and sit. The waiting time is very short and they do their job very well. If you need work done to your teeth I highly recommend to go to Advanced Dental Spa. -Brittney DaCosta

This team is truly above the rest. They approach dental care with intentionality, ensuring that every step of my treatment is strategic and tailored to my needs. They are professional, thorough, empathetic, and incredibly accommodating. From the moment I walk in, I feel no judgment鈥攐nly care, compassion, and a commitment to my well-being. They always check in with me throughout procedures, making sure I鈥檓 comfortable, which has helped me overcome a lifelong fear of the dentist鈥檚 office.
The amount of work I鈥檝e needed over the years has been significant, yet this team has made it manageable, even easy. Thanks to them, I can smile with confidence again.
