I’ve been a patient of Dr. Chris Bowman for over five years, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I’ve received. He’s consistently thorough, knowledgeable, honest, and friendly. I never feel rushed during my appointments, and he always takes the time to explain things clearly and make sure I’m comfortable with my treatment.
The entire office deserves recognition as well. His staff is always so warm, personable, and welcoming. From the moment you walk in, you’re treated with kindness and professionalism, which makes every visit a pleasant experience.
Finding a dentist you can truly trust isn’t always easy, but Dr. Bowman and his team have earned my trust year after year. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional dental care!

I had such a great experience with Dr. Bowman and his team at Advanced Dentistry. From the very first phone call to the moment I walked through the door, everyone was incredibly attentive and welcoming. They took the time to clearly explain each step of the process, which meant a lot to me as someone navigating dental care without insurance.
I really appreciated their in-house treatment plan options—it made everything feel much more manageable and transparent. I left my appointment feeling confident, comfortable, and fully informed about what my next visit will look like.
What stood out most was how I was treated as a person, not just another patient. Truly a 10/10 experience, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for thoughtful, thorough dental care.

Dr. Bowman is a very competent and caring dentist. He instills confidence and this has been validated through his good work. Because of his proven excellence I am 100% comfortable in his care. In addition, his entire staff is competent, polite, and efficient. This is a positive reflection of good training and leadership.

I had a genuinely great experience with this dental office. The entire team was incredibly kind, understanding, and accommodating, especially when it came to dental anxiety. They made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire appointment and never made me feel rushed or judged.
The receptionist was absolutely wonderful! She is super responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive with communication. She went out of her way to move things around to get me in quickly, which I really appreciated. From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, kind, and made the whole experience feel much less stressful.
The dental hygienist was literally amazing. She was incredibly kind, gentle, and careful throughout every procedure, constantly checking in to make sure I was comfortable. She explained everything she was doing, helped ease my anxiety, and made what is usually a stressful experience feel calm and manageable. Her attention to detail and professionalism really stood out, and it was obvious how much she cared about patient comfort.
She and the dentist were both extremely knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and I really appreciated how patient, reassuring, and compassionate everyone was.
If you struggle with dental anxiety or just want a dentist office that is compassionate, professional, communicative, and highly skilled, I would absolutely recommend this office.

Dr. Christopher Bowman, of Advanced Dentistry of Charlotte, is a phenomenal dentist. He has been my dentist, and my husband’s dentist, since we moved to Charlotte in 2008. Now, he cares for my daughter, her husband, and their two daughters. We’ve made it a “family affair”! We, all, love Dr. Bowman’s work, like and respect him so much, as well as his amazing staff. Before moving to Charlotte, I asked our dentist in eastern N.C. If he knew, or could recommend, a dentist in Charlotte. He immediately mentioned Dr. Christopher Bowman. He told me that he did not personally know him, but that each time there was a dental meeting or conference at UNC-Chapel Hill, that Dr. Bowman always had something so inventive and informative to share with the dental audience. That led my husband and me to seek him for our dental professional in Charlotte! We feel so blessed and appreciative to him and his excellent staff for their excellent service.
