I want to sincerely acknowledge how wonderful the staff is here. From the very first time I came in for X-rays, everyone treated me like they were caring for a family member or close friend. They didn't have to go above and beyond the way they did, but it truly made all the difference. I shared my concerns about a previous dentist, as well as my worries about the financial aspect of treatment. Ashley was incredibly helpful and worked with me to find the best treatment plan within my budget, which I greatly appreciated. This past week, I spent an afternoon and the following morning undergoing an intensive cleaning and an extraction. Danny and Dr. Verastegui are truly heaven sent. Not only did they make me feel comfortable throughout the process, but they also took the time to explain every step along the way. Their patience and compassion made what could have been a stressful experience so much easier. After not visiting a dentist for nearly 15 years, I was extremely nervous. Thanks to this amazing team, I felt cared for, supported, and confident in my treatment. I am incredibly grateful for the kindness, professionalism, and genuine care they showed me.

Hands down the best Dental practice I've been to. Since you walk in till you walk out. The front desk staff greets you with a smile and make you feel welcome. Belinda and Iris took my xrays and they where so gentle and nice. Danny helped me with my cleaning and his attention to detail was amazing. He notice some residue on my teeth from previous Invisalign attachments, and actually took the time to take it off . Which none of my previous 2 dentist had cared to do so. I notice the difference immediately, its crazy how smooth my teeth feel now. So HUGE shout out to Danny. Dr. Verastegui has great bedside manners. He is really nice ,informative, and make you feel comfortable. Dr. Verastegui took the time to hear all my concerns,and I never felt rushed during my visit. Lastly, Edgar explained my insurance coverage and helped me schedule my treatment. Easy, simple and fast . Overall 10 out of 10 !

Excellent customer service!! Best dentist I have ever visited. Highly recommended!! Let’s start with my initial visit, it was great from Sol and the ladies out in the front to Ashlee and Danny who did a great job with my cleaning. Very thorough cleaning, he took his time and made sure to explain to me everything. I then went back for a crown and some fillings, again everything was phenomenal, Laura made sure and answer all my questions and guided me through out the process. I recently had to go to get my wisdom teeth removed, something I’ve been dreading for a long time because of the pain it causes, well let me tell you, I was in and out in one hour and zero pain, no discomfort at all. Dr. Verastegui is great at communicating with the patient and even better dentist. Overall it has been a great experience and highly recommend Advanced Dentistry of El Paso for all your dental care.

I had a great experience at Advanced Dentistry of El Paso and couldn’t be more grateful for their care. From the moment I called, they were incredibly accommodating and managed to get me in much sooner than I expected, which made a huge difference for me. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable right away. Dr. Verastegui took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was at ease throughout the visit. It’s not always easy to find a place that combines efficiency with such genuine care, but they really delivered. I truly appreciate how quickly they were able to see me and the high level of service they provided. Everyone from the front desk staff to the hygienists, assistants, and dentist himself are so friendly and really promote preventative care. I have had old fillings replaced, a crown replacement, and even a lower retainer placed then removed here. All procedures have gone well and I can’t recommend them enough. Very comfortable and accommodating.
