I had the unique opportunity to shadow at this practice as a student over the summer, so I wasn't just here as a patient. I was able to see firsthand how Dr. Bergeron, Dr. U. Klostermyer, and Dr. F. Klostermyer care for many patients every single day. I've shadowed at several dental offices before, and I can honestly say that none have been as kind, compassionate, and genuinely caring as this team.
One thing that stood out to me was how every patient was treated with patience, respect, and honesty. The doctors take the time to explain procedures, answer questions, and make sure patients are comfortable. You can tell they truly care about doing what's best for each person rather than rushing through appointments.
From what I observed, the quality of their work is exceptional. They use high-quality materials, pay incredible attention to detail, and always strive for the best possible outcome while being fair and transparent with their patients. The entire team works together seamlessly, creating a welcoming environment that makes people feel at ease.
I also had my teeth cleaned here, and Merrill did an amazing job. She was incredibly gentle, thorough, and made the entire cleaning comfortable from start to finish. It was one of the best cleanings I've ever had.
Getting to see this office from behind the scenes gave me a perspective that most patients don't get, and it only reinforced how outstanding everyone here is. If you're looking for a dental office with exceptional clinical care, professionalism, and people who truly care about their patients, I can't recommend this practice enough.

Dr. Ursla Klostermyer is amazing and so caring at her job. After I had a poor experience with a previous dentist, her and her team worked with me to get my money and dental coverage back so that she could take the time to get my implant perfect, without me having to worry about financing a whole new tooth without the help of insurance. Her recommendations and expertise did more than just help my implant tooth; she took the time to fix adjacent teeth and I have never felt better about the aesthetics or feel of my teeth!!! She is so talented and experienced, and it shows! I never felt rushed, appointments were never months out, and she always is there when you need her. Her 300 5 star reviews are WELL DESERVED!

I cannot say enough great things about this practice! The staff is so welcoming and Dr. Bergeron is so lovely and kind.
I had major prosthetic work done in the state of Washington and shortly after relocated to Virginia. Dr. Bergeron and her staff always make me feel comfortable (a rare thing in dentistry in my personal experience) and they make me feel like I am important. Their caring and supportive manner has instantly relieved my dental visit anxiety!
I highly recommend them! You won’t be disappointed!

I am an anxious patient, but Dr. Klostemeyer and all of the staff there put me at ease through multiple visits. Dr. F. Klostermeyer was extremely skilled and professional, explaining everything to me and listening to my concerns and questions in a caring and patient way. I was very happy with the end result of the work that was done. I would highly recommend this practice.

If I could give them 100 out of 10 i would. If you are a person who has anxiety and therefore maybe you have neglected your dental health then this is the office for you. From the moment you walk in the door you will feel comfortable and at easy. The customer service, professionalism and knowledge of there profession is beyond excellent. Dr Bergeron and Dr F. Klostermyer have been kind, caring and respectful throughout my dental journey. From their virtually pain free shots to the care they take with every procedure, I would recommend them %1000. I never thought I would look forward to visiting a dentist office but here I am!! Fantastic!

Advanced Dentistry of Richmond is a prosthodontic practice located at 7204 Glen Forest Drive, Suite 203, in Richmond, Virginia, near the West End area. The practice focuses on restoring smiles for patients with complex dental needs, offering dental implants, removable dentures, crowns and bridges, porcelain and composite veneers, full mouth rehabilitation, teeth whitening, tooth extractions, and preventative care. Meet the Doctors
Advanced Dentistry of Richmond is led by Dr. Ursula Klostermyer, DDS, PhD, a prosthodontist and the practice owner, who began her dental career as a dental technician and general dentist in Germany before completing a three year graduate program in prosthodontics. She is joined by Dr. Clara Bergeron, DDS, MS, a prosthodontist originally from Manassas, Virginia, who completed her undergraduate studies at the College of William and Mary and earned her dental degree from Virginia Commonwealth University. The team also includes Dr. Franziska Klostermyer, DMD, MS, a cosmetic dentist who devotes her practice to porcelain veneers and works closely with master ceramists to create natural looking results.
