I had a great experience at Advanced Family and Cosmetic Dentistry for teeth whitening. The staff was so welcoming and walked me through every step, which made the whole process really easy. Scheduling an appointment was quick and simple, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Dr. Pavlakis is great, and everyone who works with him is just as kind and professional. Highly recommend!

I am very apprehensive when getting any dental work done since it is a struggle for me. I visited John Pavlakis for the first time and it was an incredible experience. He was patient, explained the procedure in advance, answered all questions thoroughly, and presented all options. I decided to move forward on some dental work on that day. John and his dental assistant, Angie were encouraging and worked hard to earn my trust. The procedure went well, and I am extremely happy with the results so far. The entire office was accommodating and easy to work with. If you are looking for a new dentist, don't hesitate to book a consultation with John Pavlakis.

Came for a consult and absolutely loved this dental office! The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. They make you feel important and heard. Dr.Pavlakis was absolutely incredible. He listened to my concerns and addressed them with care and caution. I highly recommend Advanced Family & Cosmetic Dentistry!

This dental office is the best. The staff is friendly, approachable, and makes going to the dentist feel easy. They do excellent work, take the time to answer questions, and actually listen. It’s rare to find a place that’s both highly skilled and so down to earth. I recommend them without hesitation.

I recently switched to Advanced Family & Cosmetic Dentistry in Middletown, and it’s hands-down the best dental experience I’ve ever had. Dr. Pavlakis and his team are caring, gentle, and incredibly professional — the kind of dentist who actually makes you feel calm, informed, and confident about your care. I came in for a second opinion on a crown, a small filling, and a lower tooth infection. Dr. Pavlakis took time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. The crown and filling were done beautifully and completely pain-free. The front-desk staff are kind and patient, and even though the office is out of network for my insurance, they worked with me on a flexible payment plan that really helped. The office itself is clean, modern, and welcoming — you can tell the team takes pride in what they do. My whole family now goes here, and every visit has been just as positive. If you’re looking for a gentle family dentist in Middletown or a trusted cosmetic dentist near Cromwell, I can’t recommend Dr. Pavlakis and the team at Advanced Family & Cosmetic Dentistry enough.
