I have been a patient of Dr. Dean's for over 20 years now and have been completely satisfied with the services received. This goes for the front desk staff, Dr. Dean's and his assistants, and the hygienist. Dr. Dean's experience has always been evident when it comes to oral surgery, bone grafts, and implants. The hygienist I currently see goes above and beyond to remove any plaque and stain from your teeth and provides information regarding the health and problem areas that may need additional care at home. I can recommend this practice and know your dental needs will be met with the same professional manner I have received.
The entire team at Dr Bradley Dean’s office has been wonderful to work with for my dental surgery! From reception to billing to surgery completion everyone was so professional. In addition? I am thrilled to share that each dental professional I worked with prior to seeing Dr Dean (those in his referral network) were excellent as well! Thank you Dr Matthew McBride for the Orthodontic work and Dr Jacob Grapevine for my general dentistry, to include extensive prep for the remaining steps in my journey. I had an excellent experience at Advanced Implant and Dental Surgery. Dr. Baker and the entire staff are incredibly attentive, compassionate, and genuinely kind individuals. From the moment I walked in, I felt listened to and well cared for. Dr. Baker is incredibly intelligent and thorough, and he took the time to clearly explain my treatment plan and thoughtfully answer every question I had, which made me feel confident and at ease. Having my wisdom teeth removed could have been stressful, but the team’s kindness, patience, and receptiveness made the entire experience surprisingly pleasant. I am truly grateful for the level of care I received, and if I ever need any dental or surgical care in the future, I will absolutely be returning here. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a team that truly prioritizes their patients.
Dr. Dean really cares about his patients and wants the best outcome for them. He made the implant process very smooth and easy. I really appreciate the way he takes extra steps to ensure the success of his implants by monitoring the implant over time to make sure the bite is correct and not hitting too hard on the implant tooth. As he has explained, this is so important for long term success. Most doctors do not do this at all. I had a failed implant with another doctor prior to coming to Dr. Dean so I really appreciate his thoroughness. He is extremely experienced, highly ethical and a pleasure to work with. He also has a wonderful office staff.
