After having experienced horrible care from various local dentists and a periodontist over the past year, I was pleasantly surprised by my initial consultation with Advanced Institute for Oral Health.
Dr. Primm and his staff were very professional, knowledgeable, and encouraging in the midst of my current dental needs. We discussed options and a plan of action so I can get things taken care of.
It is such a relief to finally find a periodontal practice that actually is responsive and cares about giving great healthcare!

I could not say enough about Dr. Primm, Shannon, and his staff. The most amazing, kind, loving humans you will meet in the world of dentistry. I have severe dental anxiety, I have had two oral surgeries one went great and the other one didn鈥檛. I let Dr. Primm know prior to my surgery during my consult and he reassured me I would be comfortable. I had a severe gum recession almost all the way down past my root. I just had my surgery yesterday on June 5th today is my first day of recovery and I have been messaging Dr. Primm back and forth and he has been answering my messages fairly quickly. I never had that experience with my other oral surgeons. I was so afraid I was going to be in and out during the procedure but as soon as he placed the iv I remember saying is this the sedation medication and he said yes it is going to make you real sleepy and I was out. I could not thank him enough for any other procedures I need I promise I will come to him and anyone else in the area should. He is worth the drive if you are far away from him. Thank you Dr Primm, Thank you Shannon for the countless messages and calls you received from me and along with his surgical assistant. Thank you, thank you, thank you!! He made me feel more of like a friend then just a patient in the chair. 鉂わ笍馃檪

I am writing to share my positive experience with Dr. Primm and his staff.
After getting stuck in traffic, I called the office to explain that I would be approximately 30 minutes late and to ask if I could still be seen. The receptionist placed me on hold and quickly returned to let me know that Dr. Primm would still accommodate my appointment.
When I arrived, both Dr. Primm and his staff were incredibly professional and kind.
I highly recommend Dr. Primm to anyone in need of a specialist.

From the first call to the end of my first visit, I experienced professionalism, courtesy, and warmth from the staff and dentist at Advanced Institute for Oral Health. Dr. Prim took the time to explain my exam and treatment plan and was responsive to my questions. And the office and environment were quite lovely. Great experience!

As a person that with terrible dental anxiety, I was even more nervous about going to a periodontist. I鈥檝e been 3 times at this point and never once waited more than 5-10 minutes before being seen. All of the staff is excellent and Dr. Primm was great. He was gentle and took the time to explain everything. He also went with the easiest/least invasive treatment first instead of jumping straight to something major. My only complaint is that his office doesn鈥檛 double as general dentistry. Really can鈥檛 recommend him and his office enough.
