This past month I experienced a dental condition which quickly turned into a serious situation and required emergency care. I was referred to Dr. Tolley's office and had never been there before...first time patient. My experience with his office was incredible, and the work of the entire team, kept me from being admitted into the hospital. From getting me in on an emergency basis when there were no openings, to the friendly staff, to those who took a moment to stop and help me, and to those who had the knowledge to properly treat me, I am so appreciative. Words cannot fully describe my appreciation and the care they provided me. Everyone I have come in contact with has been caring, knowledgeable and compassionate. I want to specifically acknowledge Jeff, LeeAnn and Dr. Tolley who helped me tremendously. Their care and immediate attention kept me from a much worse scenerio. I had a tooth pulled about a year and a half ago. I was given a pricing sheet. I paid with a credit card. When I paid, the pricing sheet was placed in a box of other papers that looked like they were slated for shredding. When I got home, I realized I was charged $15 over the amount on the sheet. I have insurance. Once the insurance was settled, I was owed a refund just shy of $900. I made multiple calls and was promised a call back. I finally had to make a complaint with the credit card company. That's how I had to get my money back. I finally got a call once they got the contact from the credit card company. Four/five days following the tooth pulling, I had a concern. I called the office. I was told the doctor wasn't in that day (this information was offered, I didn't ask). I asked if he was in the next day. Instead of explaining how they do things, the woman who answered the phone jumped down my throat and said you need to do a "clinical. " I didn't know what that was. I looked into going elsewhere to have the subsequent implant installed. In the end, I did stay with him. I liked the doctor; he gets a "5." He did a great job. However, I feel he has some responsibility for how his office staff operates. His office staff gets a "1." This is unfortunate since I liked the doctor, but the frustrations with the staff would make me a go elsewhere next time.

My husband had his wisdom teeth removed recently and they did an excellent job. He was so nervous and the staff was very reassuring they definitely helped calm his nerves. They followed up and provided all the info we needed for a speedy recovery as well.

Everything went well and I felt very comfortable there, needed my wisdom teeth token out and got it all done in two weeks. Hospitality 10/10
