I am so so so grateful and excited to be a patient at Advanced Smiles!! I was seen by my awesome Dental Hygienist, Kelsey and Dr. De Paoli. From scheduling to arriving in office, each process was smooth, thought out and honestly super fun! Not only was I offered a comfy blanket, headphones and was able to watch a movie, but I was given comprehensive and specific care. I appreciate the level of detail provided by Kelsey and Dr. De Paoli, the discussion about the future of my dental care and the oral cancer screening. This place, by far, has been the BEST Dental experience ever. I can't wait to share with my friends and family. If you're looking for the highest quality care, with the most in depth assessment, along with a cozy and welcoming feel. This is the place for you.

Alex is the best dental hygienist ever! Not only is she thorough, but I can tell she’s highly educated in what in her field.
From the moment you arrived this Dentist, office you are meet with the sweetest front desk staff that welcomes you with smiles. The entire facility is so clean and spotless.
My hygienist, Alex made sure I felt comfortable and informed with everything she was doing. She even pulled out a nice cozy weighted blanket so I could keep warm while she was cleaning my teeth, and gave me some super cool headphones to watch the TV screen right above. Such amazing care!
Finally, Dr. De Paoli came and to do the final exam on my teeth at the end of my cleaning. He is so charming, nice and Incredibly informative on everything dental care. One of the BEST dentists I’ve bend to and thoroughly trust.
Highly recommend anyone try this office!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💫

Alex at Advanced Smiles in Frisco is an outstanding dental hygienist! Her cleaning was thorough yet incredibly gentle - she took her time explaining every step, addressed my sensitive teeth, and gave personalized tips on brushing and flossing that actually stuck with me. Her knowledge shines through, and she made what could be a stressful visit relaxing and even enjoyable, leaving my teeth feeling extra clean without any discomfort.
Dr. De Paoli’s office is very friendly and you can tell he really cares for his patients’ well-being. I highly recommend Alex - I’ll be back to see her every six months!

Always a great experience at Advanced Smiles. Kelsey continually makes my cleaning experience a breeze, explaining everything as she goes, and pushing me in the right direction when I need to lean in a bit in my own care. Dr. Paoli is one of the most sincere and nicest individuals I’ve met, makes me feel as welcome as the first day I met him, every time. The office staff is always wonderful. If you are looking for an office with the most up to date equipment, a staff that truly cares about your dental health, and an experience that makes what some may dread every six months an extremely pleasant visit, give Advances Smiles a chance. You won’t regret it.

This place deserves every ⭐! It was my first time coming here and from the moment I walked in I was treated with much kindness and helped right away. The place is very clean and has a cozy home environment. Alex my hygienist was so lovely and gentle the whole time and very knowledgeable on everything. This place definitely makes you feel like a 5 star. They have high updated technology and take their time with you from start to finish. The doctor was also very welcoming and gentle. I have now found the perfect place to go for my dental needs. I used to hate going to the dentist but this place makes me want to go back. You definitely built a great team! I haven't experienced a great one as this in a while. Thank you!!:)
