Everyone in this office is so respectful, compassionate. This morning I had a tooth removed that I had been fighting for way to many years. Dr Young was remarkable. I felt the first injection but just as pressure not pain. Two more ..nothing. I did not feel pain once and this dentist had to cut into gums to get this tooth out. No pain! I knew my options, I knew his.game plan and back up plan. Im almost 64 years old and.this is the 1st dentist in my life I will happily go back k to see. Thank God.we finally got a good dentist in this area!

If I could give zero stars I would. They don’t even deserve one. I rarely leave reviews, but this experience needs to be shared. We have had ongoing issues with Advantage Dental repeatedly canceling appointments the day of, often due to “no provider available” or being told the provider can’t perform the scheduled service. This has happened more than once, despite appointments being booked months in advance. Each time, I take time off work and lose wages. We receive multiple reminder calls, texts, and emails, and complete all required paperwork ahead of time, only to have the appointment canceled the same day. This most recent situation is unacceptable. My son currently has a severe dental abscess with visible swelling and infection. We have already gone through two rounds of antibiotics. His face is swollen to the point that it is affecting his eye. This is not routine care, this is urgent. We were specifically scheduled for May 6 because he is a senior and will be gone all next week for his senior project. If this issue is not treated immediately, he may not be able to participate, which could impact his ability to graduate. Because we trusted this appointment would happen, he canceled his registration for his final senior track meet, assuming he would be recovering. That opportunity is now gone. On the day of the appointment, after all confirmations and preparation, we were again canceled on. We were told to contact the Vernonia location, but when I called, they had no record or awareness of our situation and limited provider availability. It is highly unlikely we will be able to get care in time. To make matters worse, the front desk staff in Seaside was dismissive and unhelpful, and I was told a manager was unavailable with no indication of when one would be. This level of inconsistency and lack of urgency for serious dental issues is deeply concerning. For families relying on OHP and coordinating work schedules, transportation, and school commitments, same-day cancellations are not a minor inconvenience. They have real consequences. At this point, I cannot and will not ever recommend this office.

I didn’t catch the name of the hygienist who cleaned my teeth today, but she was great. She made me feel so comfortable, really listened to my concerns, and took the time to help find solutions instead of just brushing things off (haha no pun intended). But for real, you can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. I hope the office knows what a great person they have on their team!

I called for appointment, because of took pain, was given an appointment right away. Had a 5* experience. Excellent service. Day after 2 teeth pulled, able to eat next day. Look forward to my next visit. Another plus the office is only a mile from where I live. Great sice I dont drive very far any more. Great service. Thank you so much I am PAIN FREE..

Staff they have were excellent. With that said, it would be nice if they actually had a dentist there. Not one that is online and hopefully another who comes once a month or whenever they can find one. Hard to get a proper exam if the dentist is actually seeing you.
