I work in the medical building and needed urgent care. Immediately I was welcomed by Sharon, at the front desk. She showed great compassion and care. Dr. Peter, was so helpful with easing my anxiety and assuring me I be in good hands. Dr Tran was so angelic, calming and provider an excellent exam with a treatment plan that worked. Dr Johnson, the kindest dentist you will ever meet took over for a small procedure that brought me a lot of relief. This office is full of angels with great medical expertise. Thank you team!!!

I needed to establish with another dentist so I’m so glad to have found Dr.Tran! I was so impressed on my first visit! She took my X-rays, did my exam and cleaning! She was short an assistant and did everything herself! She’s very kind, knowledgeable and explains every step. Not only is she great but Dee the dental hygienist is awesome too! Dee is very professional and efficient. Her recommendation for a flossing tool made my life a bit easier. The location is super convenient because they are in the same building as my orthodontist which makes appointments for my cleanings and braces adjustments that much easier! I highly recommend!

Dr. Tran and her team was great! I recently switched to their practice as my current one moved me out really far. The assistant was very friendly when taking my X-rays. Dr. Tran greeted me with a smile as soon as she walked in. She made me feel really comfortable and helped me understand everything. Duyen, the hygienist, was really thorough and I left the office feeling sparkly clean! See you in 6 months!

I had a frustrating experience with this dental office due to repeated billing estimate errors and poor communication around treatment costs. Before my appointment, I confirmed multiple times (including on the day of treatment) that I would have no out-of-pocket cost. Based on that information, I proceeded with treatment — only to later receive a bill because they failed to account for my deductible. Their explanation was simply “human error.” This wasn’t the first time either. During a previous crown procedure, I was also given an incorrect cost estimate and ended up paying more than what I was told. What’s most concerning is that when I raised the issue, instead of acknowledging their repeated mistakes, they shifted blame onto my insurance plan. There was also confusion around whether my cleaning would be billed as a standard cleaning or periodontal maintenance. I specifically asked about coverage beforehand and was told it would be covered, but it was billed differently afterward. I understand estimates are not guarantees, but when a provider gives incorrect estimates multiple times and patients rely on that information to make treatment decisions, there should be some accountability. Unfortunately, that accountability was missing here. I would recommend getting everything in writing and double-checking your benefits yourself before agreeing to treatment at this office.

Dr. Peter is the man. I went in for treatment on a front tooth, and the level of care, transparency, and attention to detail was unmatched. I felt like I had all my options laid out before me, and he even went so far as to explain how the process works behind the scenes, sharing the different options for lab processing, etc. I’ve been to dentists where treatment decisions were made for me, without being given much say as to the when/where/how. Not with Dr. Peter. If you are someone who likes to be “in the know,” then see Dr. Peter.
