Double, triple check that you’re scheduled. Called last week and they told me they had availability on Monday. Called day of appointment and they said we don’t see you on the schedule and didn’t take any accountability for their mistake or even try to get me worked in that day, even though the mistake was on their end. Ever since they changed locations things have not been the same.

I recently visited Aesthetic Dentistry of Charlottesville, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and highly professional. The clinic itself was spotless and had a calming atmosphere, which helped ease any nerves. Both Dr. Neel & Dr. AL Tamimi and the team were incredibly thorough, explaining every step of the procedure and making sure I was comfortable throughout. Their attention to detail and gentle approach made all the difference. I truly appreciate their commitment to patient care and high-quality service. If you're looking for a dental clinic that prioritizes professionalism, comfort, and top-tier care, I highly recommend Aesthetic Dentistry ! I’ll definitely be returning for future visits.

Things seem to have gone downhill since they moved to the new location and merged practices. Very disorganized, hard to get in touch with, and unhelpful. We will be looking for a new service provider.

This is probably my second 5-star review, I can’t say enough excellent things about this dental practice. I’ve had consistently incredible service for 12+ years. I’ve never waited for more than 5 mins tops, always a pleasant experience with personalized care. I just got a crown that’s so beautiful you wouldn’t believe it’s not a real tooth.. they truly do amazing work and have it down to a perfect science. Make the switch!!! You’ll be happy you did.

This used to be such a great place and I’ve been going there for probably 15 years or more. They used to have great staff. This office now lacks professionalism, communication, character, integrity, compassion and cleanliness. Staff here are rude and no one cares. I’ve watched this place slowly go downhill. I received the worst cleaning annd experience ever recently. I’ve left messages for Dr. Neel but she has never returned them. Sad to say after all this time I’ll be finding another dentist.
