Dr Kim is a wonderful dentist with a lovely personality He makes dentistry painless He is assisted by a wonderful assistant, Ronnie I travel 11/4 hours to go to this dentist It’s worth the trip

I visited this practice as a result of unbearable tooth pain one evening. I was able to get an emergency appointment scheduled for the next day. I was greeted with warm smiles and pleasant demeanors. I only waited a few minutes before being called in for my scheduled appointment. The doctor was very pleasant, thorough, and knowledgeable. She explained each step and handled me with great care. I felt extremely comfortable and at ease. Subsequently, I have had 2 additional visits. I’m greeted with the same warm smiles and pleasant demeanors each time. It’s clean and instruments are all up to date. I have more dental work to get done. I’m at ease with my decision to allow this practice to complete my dental work.

When my long-time dentist retired, I feel fortunate that I was introduced to Dr Alexander Kim. He explains what he thinks should be done and why; is patient during the sessions - many of them hours long; is unfailingly polite to his assistant; and, most important the extensive, completed dental work looks so natural that you'd never know the amount of work he did in my mouth. I also want to compliment his competent and caring assistant. The Office Manager and front desk staff, too, are pleasant and polite, and easy to deal with.

They took over from my former dentist of 25 years. Instead of properly switching over files, they took advtange to charge me out of pocket and never decided to be honest about insurance plans. Everytime you go in there they also look for ways to run up your bill. I appreciate honesty out of a provider and I never felt I was getting the full truth from this practice after my former dentist retired.

Found this dentist on my insurances website. Pick it because it was close to my house. Little did I know it was also excellent. I was lucky to find a great dentist close to my home. Staff is excellent and Dr. Kim is wonderful.
