I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Phister and the entire team. Every visit has been a positive experience — from the front desk staff to the nurses, everyone is kind, helpful, and attentive. Dr. Phister takes the time to truly listen, explain things clearly, and make you feel comfortable and cared for. His bedside manner is exceptional, and it’s clear he genuinely cares about his patients’ well-being. I always leave feeling confident that I’m in the best hands. Highly recommend!

I’ve never been so comfortable at a dental office! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and at ease, especially Merima and Bos. The office is spotless, modern, and they run right on time (which I really appreciate!). Dr. Candido is incredibly gentle, explains everything clearly, and truly cares about their patients. I actually look forward to my appointments now — never thought I’d say that about the dentist!

I’ve lost all hope with my previous dentist and decided to call Aesthetic Oral Arts, on my first visit Eileen saw me, this was the first dentist visit where they actually listened and went above and beyond. Eileen gave me a sense of ease knowing that I’m not just another number to them and they actually care.

I did not in anyway have a positive experience with this place. I first came here for typical fillings and dental work. About a year after I started coming here I was in a horrible car accident. I ended up smashing most of my front teeth out. I then decided to start looking into implants. One day I had to cancel an appointment due to illness. About two days later I received a call from one of their staff members. She asked why I had not called to cancel my appointment. When I told her I did she then demanded to know what number I called from. When I told her she basically called me a liar. When I asked why I was being called a liar she told me if I wanted my dental records to come pick them up. I said the hell with this place and ended up going to CNY periodontics and implants in Syracuse.Dr Rashidi and Dr Caroll are absolutely wonderful. I ended up getting both full top and bottom implants done. I now have the perfect smile. Yes it cost me almost $ 75,000 but it was well worth it. Implants are similar in price no matter where you go. If you are going to spend this kind of money at least go to a place that doesn't treat you like garbage and call you a liar !!

I can’t say enough good about this office!! From Latisha, Jackie, Dr C, Marima, who’d I miss???!!! Unbelievable staff!! Had an emergency they handled for me right away. Went ABOVE & BEYOND!!! I would HIGHLY recommend this office. What a great find! Thank u ladies!!!!!
