I like this place. The waiting room is clean and the staff is super friendly. The equipment they have is new. It felt luxurious. Lol. The doctor is super nice as well. She was very thorough. When she looked at my teeth. She was very gentle. My regular dentist recommended this location for porpoer care. I was skeptical at first, but I'm glad I went.

Thank you, Dr. Hosseini and staff. I was treated with such professionalism and care. Highly recommend to anyone needing a periodontist that truly cares. The dental assistant, Melissa, was very professional and knowledgeable and took care of me from start to finish. She made me feel at ease and not apprehensive.

My first, second, and third visit was awesome. The front desk staff and Lisa (financial department) are friendly and personable. Dr. Hosseini made me feel like I was his patient for years, even though we just met. The staff and Dr. Hosseini are the best and provide immaculate service. I highly recommend the office. My second visit (post-op) went well and Dr. Hosseini made sure I followed the instructions accordingly. 3rd visit, (January 22, 2019) I received my implant today (oral conscious sedation).Everyone was so lovely and made sure I was doing excellent and safe during the entire procedure. Thanks Dr Hosseini and the pleasant staff.

About Aesthetic Periodontal & Implant Specialists
Aesthetic Periodontal & Implant Specialists' Alamo Ranch location, on Culebra Road in San Antonio, Texas, focuses on periodontal care and dental implant treatment for patients on the city's west side. The practice offers a full range of implant solutions, including single tooth implants and the All on 4 full arch treatment concept for patients who need to replace an entire row of teeth. Beyond implants, the team handles gum related surgical care such as tooth extractions, bone grafting and ridge augmentation to prepare the jaw for implant placement, along with non surgical gum disease treatment and laser gum treatment.
Patients considering implants at this location can expect a specialist trained specifically in the gum and bone foundation that implants rely on, since the practice is built around periodontics rather than general dentistry. The office also offers sedation options, including intravenous sedation and oral conscious sedation, for patients who feel anxious about surgical procedures. For anyone in the Alamo Ranch, far west San Antonio area exploring whether they are a candidate for dental implants, the practice provides consultations to evaluate bone health, gum condition and overall readiness for treatment.
