I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic under the new ownership.
About a year ago, when the clinic was under the previous owner, Zarina, I had extensive dental work done there and was satisfied with the doctors and the quality of care at that time. That positive experience is the reason I returned.
When I recently came in for a routine cleaning, I immediately noticed that the ownership, doctors, and staff had changed. Unfortunately, my experience this time was completely different.
First, I paid $150 for a cleaning, and in my opinion it was done very poorly. A noticeable amount of tartar was still left on my teeth afterward. I was unhappy with the quality of the cleaning itself.
Second, during the visit, the staff member initially struggled to complete standard X-rays, and another employee had to step in. That made me question the level of training and professionalism in the office.
After reviewing my X-rays and examining my teeth, the doctor presented me with a treatment plan totaling approximately $6,471, which included multiple cavities, a root canal, replacement of a relatively new veneer, crowns, and other treatment.
Because this was such a serious and expensive diagnosis — especially considering that I had major dental work done less than a year ago — I decided to get a second opinion from another independent dentist just two days later.
That second dentist found no cavities and no urgent issues requiring the extensive treatment I had been told I needed. I was also told that the cleaning I had just received at this clinic appeared to have been done poorly, and I ended up paying for another cleaning elsewhere.
I am sharing this because I believe other patients should be cautious and seek a second opinion before agreeing to expensive treatment recommendations here.
Based on my personal experience, this office now feels much more sales-driven than patient-centered, which is very upsetting given how different the clinic used to be.
I can no longer recommend this location, and I hope the owners seriously review the quality of care, staff training, and diagnostic standards in this office.

I had a great experience at this dental office. They were able to accept me on very short notice, which I really appreciated. The dentist and staff were very professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. On top of that, their pricing was fair and transparent. Highly recommend!

I am leaving this review because my recent experience at this clinic was extremely disappointing, and unfortunately very similar to my wife’s experience.
My wife and I had both been to this clinic in the past, when it was under the previous ownership, and at that time we were satisfied with the quality of care. That is why I returned. Unfortunately, under the new ownership, the experience was completely different.
I came in for a cleaning, and the cleaning was done very poorly by the same specialist who treated my wife. The quality was clearly below basic expectations. They did not even floss my teeth during the cleaning, which was surprising and unacceptable for a professional dental visit.
After that, I was also presented with a treatment plan totaling more than $2,000, with multiple dental issues that I was told needed to be addressed.
Because my wife had just gone through a very similar situation at this same office, I decided not to rely on that diagnosis alone and went to an independent dentist for a second opinion.
That second dentist did not confirm the problems I had been told I needed to treat at this clinic. Based on that experience, I was left with serious concerns about the accuracy of the diagnosis and the overall quality of care being provided here.
It is especially concerning that both my wife and I had nearly the same experience: poor-quality cleanings, significant treatment plans, and then very different findings from independent dentists afterward.
Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this clinic under the current ownership. I strongly encourage anyone who is given an expensive treatment plan here to seek a second opinion before agreeing to treatment.
I hope the owners take a serious look at the current staff, treatment standards, and the overall approach to patient care.

I had a great time at the dentist. Took care of me and advised me of my options. The cleaning was done very well and then I had a molar extracted. You can’t beat that for fun. Anyways all went well and now I am healing and looking forward to a new implant.
The office staff was/is very friendly and the office manager is straight forward with her answers about your treatment. I respect that.
I’m new in town and I felt like I was treated as an old friend.
As far as cost? Let’s face it, dental work is expensive but you can put yourself on a payment plan they offer. You have to think of it as an investment in yourself.
Over all. I recommend this office!!!

They gave me an ok treatment plan at first for $8k and change with Dr. Rodriguez. I agreed and they had me open a loan with a credit company called Sunbit and once I opened the loan. They took out $2475 to proceed with a cleaning and some fillings to start. After multiple attempts to get in for this prepaid service, I finally go to my appointment. In the middle of my cleaning some random lady that I’ve never met before (Dr. Jennifer Reynolds) comes in the middle of my cleaning and she says she could do a nice smile for me with veneers. She also proceeded to take pictures of my mouth (with no consent) mind you, I had anesthesia in my mouth and other dental equipment in my mouth. So it was hard for me to say anything due to the obstacles and anesthesia in my mouth. She took advantage of the situation. Then she tells me to come later next week because it was a Friday for another treatment plan. Upon me leaving the office frustrated the staff (front desk) said they will refund the non service that I was charged for.
After multiple attempts to get a new txt plan because they never contacted me with the new txt plan. Including with multiple calls I made to the office. I made an appointment to see this new txt plan, per Dr. Jennifer Rogers.
At this other appointment (Dr. Reynolds) then advised me that the cost would be 16k and change just for upper mouth (lol) for 8 veneers only. So much for affordable. I kindly declined and made another appointment for my prepaid dental work as originally quoted from Dr. Rodriguez. The day before my scheduled appointment, I called the office bc they sent me the wrong time to my appointment via text, the lady (front desk) advised me that the doctor (Dr. Rodriguez) is not in and I will have to reschedule. Literally, the day before my scheduled appointment at 3pm, once I found out that dentist will not be in, I asked for a refund and she (front desk) said I have to email the request. I emailed my request immediately following. They replied twice; once to state this “Dr. Jennifer’s” credentials to which I don’t care of her credentials because she’s not my original dentist and honestly my personal opinion, I think she price gauges being she’s the owner of the practice. I’ve gotten quotes for veneers for far less as you could imagine. I have no choice but to write this review.
I’m a 1099 so I’ve lost over 4-5 days of work compensation because of the lack of organization from this dental office. They refunded some of the cost but obviously they made me pay for my partial cleaning, that was abruptly interrupted by this Dr. Jennifer. I’ve literally seen like 3 dentist during my 4-5 visits here. Also, I requested my X-rays since I paid $149 for the initial visit for my X-rays and now they’re saying it’ll be $50 fee for copies!?! What? I paid for it. It cost nothing for an electronic copy of what I paid for. In my opinion this office is clearly money hungry, like previously stated in other reviews.
