I have a disabled sister who had lost / broken her dentures. After reading some reviews I decided to go in with her for a consult for new dentures. They were extremely patient and informative with her always explaining what they were doing. They took the time to be sure they fit her mouth well and looked natural. They were conscious of our budget and worked with us to get her a great set for an affordable price. Everyone in the office was wonderful and I would highly recommend them.

I had an implant done at another Affordable Dentures and Implants (ADI). The doctor I saw was no longer and no replacement was named. My implant cracked in half. Along with pain, the office referred me to the Algonquin office as they specialized in fixed implants.Dr. Omer and her staff were very professional and friendly beginning with the receptionist , Amy. They actually were waiting for me to arrive. Dr Omer was honest about the implant, not being able to be repaired and I would need to get a new one. Each ADI office is independently owned so charges can be different. She quoted me the price upfront where there was no second-guessing or unclear communication. I would definitely refer anyone to Dr. Omar‘s office. If you have the time to travel, it is well worth it.

I am forever grateful for my experience at Affordable Dentures and Implants in Algonquin. My journey started November 2024 as a very traumatic situation where I needed a 2 implant bridge. I went to 4 places before finding this one. I can’t express my gratitude enough for the staff here. Keshia, first person I saw when I walk in the door was you, always prompt, flexible with the schedule, accommodating and just a light in that office. Pure joy! She and I had some amazing laughs this year, but truthfully without her during this process I don’t know how I would have held it together! Thank you Keshia! JP, always respectful when I was in the office, explaining the steps to make sure I understand how things are going to take place and in what order! Without that I don’t know how I would have kept it organized in my brain. Thank you JP! Anita, newer to the staff and my situation but she was just such a kind person making sure I was always okay and comfortable cracking the funniest jokes to make me smile. Thank you for your kindness Anita! The lab technician-I know I was a bit difficult, but that Essex saved my life! You perfected it so thank you for your patience and time. Only reason I was able to leave my house is because of the amazing work you did to make that piece. Thank you so very much. Dr. Omer, I can’t even start to explain how grateful I am to you. Pure Grace, always made me feel at ease, in my 49 years I don’t think I have ever had the pleasure of working with a better more professional, kinder doctor and I know I was not your easiest patient, but I always felt comfortable and at ease in your care. I can’t express to you enough my gratitude for the work you have done with me. My teeth look amazing! I love them! You made this situation so much easier to cope with and for that I will always be grateful! Thank you Dr.! Today was my last day with you guys and I will miss you all. I walked out of your office with the confidence of having my teeth back again and that is because of each one of you, your hard work, and all of the compassion in that office. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything!

So far my family has had a great experience at the Algonquin location with pricing treatment scheduling, and the customer service has been outstanding. I feel every person there goes above and beyond in every way.

My mother (87 years old) went to the Algonquin location. She needed a tooth pulled and tooth added to her partial. They were inexpensive, seemed very great to work with. 5 months later and the tooth they added to her existing partial has cracked. They now say they only warranty for 90 days and it would cost her more for the repair then it did for the work she originally had done. They also now tell us they only warranty if a partial that they made. Nice place to take advantage of senior citizens!!
