When I decided to have what teeth I had left to be extrated and get dentures I called affordable dentures I had a budget that I could spend.some of the options they offer was a little beyond my budget but was able to stay within my meens.i felt everyone there from the office manager to to Dr Smith was very polite and informative. I now have a beautiful smile that rebuilt my confidence when I speak to others. I understood that the process will take time. I'll be wearing my temporary dentures for a while until I'm ready for my permanent set.i can only say great things about this office.and will recommend them to anyone who asks me where I got my new smile đ thank you .

I had a tooth that broke In half and have been delaying getting it pulled because I could not afford a root canal. I get very nervous going to the dentist office because of prior experiences but the Alpharetta location hands down is the best dentist I think Iâve ever been to! They put me at ease from the time I walked in the door, and Roger was one of the best! He stayed by my side the whole time, answered all my questions and helped me with my nervousness! The dentist was absolutely amazing and I think this was the easiest extraction I have ever had! Would definitely recommend to anyone that has anxiety about dentists!

This office was wonderful from the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out. Staff was very nice and Dr Smith was very nice and patient and explained everything to me, answered all my questions. A big difference from another location from the same company I was at previously.

Although the staff members at the Alpharetta location are extremely friendly and pleasant, they seem to have restrictions imposed when processing insurance claims that Iâm sure is costing business. My insurance provider is Delta Dental Federal Employee Plan of CA. Their claims telephone number is listed on the insurance card that I provided to the office. They list the Alpharetta location as being a Network provider, yet the Alpharetta location does not list them in their online portal system and would not or could not call the number on my insurance card to confirm. I was able to call and confirm coverage for this location myself, but 22 days after my Feb 2 appointment the location still had not confirmed coverage by calling the number provided, and would not manufacture my partial dentures even when I revisited the location and told them that I would pay out of pocket while waiting confirmation. I had a previous appointment 2 months earlier for an extraction and bone graft which I paid out of pocket because the front desk staff member was only filling in that day and stated that she did not have the practice ID needed to submit claims. The office appears to have no one dedicated for payments and claims processing, and relies on 1 person to check in patients, answer calls, perform administrative duties, while simultaneously managing payments and claims. Its obvious that this person is overwhelmed. Also, any calls to this office reach an outside agency and any inquiry goes unanswered. I have wound up scheduling to complete my treatment at Aspen Dental, who employ a dedicated staff member on hand to process payments and claims. They were only too happy to call the number on my card to confirm coverage. This was done before my 1st appointment. I actually like the staff at Affordable Dentures and regretted having to seek treatment elsewhere.

My husband had a broken partial and we scheduled a new patient appointment and had a consultation. We attempted to move forward with a care plan, which took several days to get due to insurance sites being down. Getting in as a new patient is no problem but youâre just left hanging after the initial appointment. We have called for the past six days in a row without any answer from the actual office. They use a corporate call center to answer calls and the call center is unable to reach the office. They have to message them. We have sent multiple messages through the call center with âescalationsâ done 3 times. My husband gave a one star review on Google due to the lack of communication when they finally called us back after the one star review they said they were surprised that we still wanted to fix his teeth with them since we left a bad review. The review is strictly for communication. The dentist was amazing and so is the hygienist. Also, who says that when trying to make a follow up appointment that youâre surprised we decided to come back. This review is being written after the call center has sent the Alpharetta office five different messages to call us back to set up an established patient appointment because the call center can only help new patients. We have had no return phone calls or emails outside of the care plan we worked hard to get after calling for several days. We are unsure what to do at this point as we still need my husbandâs partial so that he can eat. There is no priority for established patients nor is there a direct line to reach the office as all calls are routed to the call center.

About Affordable Dentures & Implants - Alpharetta
Affordable Dentures & Implants in Alpharetta, Georgia, is located at 7431 North Point Parkway, Suite 1305, and opened in June 2024. The office focuses on tooth replacement care for patients who are missing some or all of their teeth. The practice is part of the Affordable Dentures & Implants network, and its services center on dentures, dental implants, and tooth extractions. Denture options range from EconomyPlus and Premium to UltimateFit dentures, along with partial dentures and ongoing denture maintenance. On the implant side, the practice offers SnapSecure snap-in implant dentures, FixedSecure implant-supported teeth, and All-in-One solutions that combine extractions, implants, and a new set of teeth into a single treatment plan.
A distinctive part of the Affordable Dentures & Implants approach is that dentures are crafted in an on-site lab at the clinic, which the practice says helps keep costs down and allows for faster turnaround. Every patient starts with an exam and X-ray, then sits down with the dentist to review options that fit their budget, with no pressure or up-selling. The practice offers a Best Price Guarantee, meaning it will match a comparable written treatment plan from another licensed dentist, and it works with most major insurance providers and offers financing with monthly payment options. For patients in Alpharetta and the surrounding North Fulton area who are weighing dentures or implants and want clear pricing up front, this office is set up to walk them through the process from the first visit to the final fit.
Meet the Doctors
The Alpharetta office is owned and led by Dr. Oletha Simmons, DDS, a general dentist. Dr. Simmons and her team focus exclusively on tooth replacement, including extractions, partial and full dentures, dental implants, and implant-secured dentures. Patients begin with an exam and a conversation about the options that fit their needs and budget before any treatment is planned.
