I went in for a routine dental cleaning, and the staff were very nice and welcoming. I was initially informed that my insurance would cover the cleaning, so I was surprised afterward to learn that my dental insurance only covered $29 of the $200+ charge. I later found out that my dental insurance is secondary and that my medical insurance covers preventive services.
I emailed Erika asking if the office could file the claim through my medical insurance. Her response was brief and stated, “No ma’am, our claims department only files to dental, not medical.” While I understand office policies, the response felt very blunt and lacked empathy.
I then asked if they could help by completing the necessary form so I could submit the claim to my medical insurance myself. The information provided was incomplete, and despite following up by email, I did not receive a response. I eventually spoke with the office manager, Jessie, who reiterated that they do not have the ability to file through medical insurance. When I asked if they could assist in completing the form—since they know the services provided, charges, and required details—he seemed reluctant and stated that all the information was already provided and that I just needed to copy it.
Overall, while the clinical staff were kind, I felt there was a lack of patient advocacy, empathy, and support regarding insurance coordination and communication. Improved transparency and willingness to assist patients with insurance-related concerns would significantly enhance the overall experience.

Top and bottom implants done in Aug. Not done yet but I was really nervous and my experience thus far has been amazing. The staff has been amazing and have accommodated to my special needs and worked around my schedule last minute. I am glad I chose you guys. can't wait til my finals. Thanks for the amazing experience so far.

After my previous dental office closed I was transferred to this Affordable Denture and Implants and they have been so kind and supportive. They have always listen to my concerns and have been able to get me in whenever I have needed them. I just got my final set of dentures and they are amazing!!! I can finally eat again. I have already been recommending them to several people and will continue to do so. I have had family and people say they never would have guessed I had dentures because they look so natural. Fabulous customer service, knowledgeable, kind, and super supportive. Could not have asked for a better team to help me bring back my smile! Last place I went to charged me 3x's the $$ for a basic pair that broke within a year and irritated my gums, this location explained all the options and recommended the best option & did not disappoint. Again. Thank you!!💜

I really was under the impression that I would finally have teeth after been beaten and losing my teeth. But the prices are out off my range and due to I am a victim of identity theft I am not approved for the credit plan they have. Almost 3yrs without teeth and will continue to go without until I can actually get help or credit. The restrooms are well kept and super clean. The place itself is clean. The young lady in the front could be a bit more friendly as well. But the young lady who took my x rays was great the dentist was awesome and Laura who tells you prices was sweet. But I do want to thank them for the free exam since I am/was a new customer. Thank you all for been nice when I went in for my free exam. 🙏
