I have been fighting for 4 years to get my finals. I got fitted multiple times for them to have them get messed up every time. I couldn’t come in for 2-3 months because of my work schedule, and when I finally tried setting appt again, I was fighting to get on the schedule because they were telling me their only availability was during my busiest work times. I called and called, talked to corporate multiple times, and could not get a call back- or returned call. Nothing. This has been an absolutely awful experience. I have dentures that do not fit and never have. Only to finally get an appt after 4 years, and be told when I get in that they have never gotten anything from corporate about me, and that if I need anything done, it has to come out of pocket. The dentures I have have gaps and can’t be glued, food gets all under them, there’s now a small crack in them. I have never had such an awful experience not just with a dentist, but anything in my life. I am getting the run around from everyone and I’m so tired of it. It cost me so much out of pocket to get it done initially, and I cannot afford to pay for this all out of pocket again. They have shown Zero ability in communication or compassion, or wanting to make anything right. I would absolutely Never send anyone I know to AD&I. And I even recommended them to tons of people when I first started coming. I’m so upset and angry that words cannot begin to describe. And I have spent so much time crying over trying to get my teeth right. I am only 30 years old! I feel like I have been massively screwed over by this company!

Although I scheduled my appointment with the wrong location, Burlington office took me right in to extract three teeth. Very professional, thorough and courteous. Extremely clean facility. Would definitely consider again for future dental needs.

My mom has always been nervous about her teeth work. She’s super sensitive about the matter. The team for the last 2 years have always made her feel welcome and supported. The team has always been kind and we thank them so much for making her feel comfortable.

Very happy with Dentist who pulled my teeth loved my denture's. But service of the place itself. You rarely can get through to a person. And not good at returning calls. My bottom plate broke in the front barely had anything to hold them . Mainly just teeth so they broke into. I had complained about it. They put a liner in but it wasn't different. I was told before that they were temporary. I never got another one. I had trouble reaching anyone until it was to late and no warranty. Now they say I have to pay over 800. For an economy denture. Just one! Where it was only about 380. Top 380 for the bottom. They were supposed to contact my insurance for a new bottom plate and if insurance denies I can appeal so they will replace the bottom plate. They lied to me! They never submitted anything to my insurance. So now I still have no bottom plate. I am going to have to find another place reparable place to get my bottom plate. I'm really disappointed in Affordable Dentures. I want recommend them to anyone!

That New lady they have answering the phone is rude as hell!!!😡’I’m NEVER GOING BACK! She just kept telling me WE’RE TRYING TOHELP YOU! Then ask me a question I began to answer she “rudely” cuts across me WHATS YOUR DATE OF BIRTH? I ust’a ( my made up word you’ll fine others in Lea’s Dictionary which is also mine,) but like I was saying the other front desk nurses are so sweet unlike that one I just got done talking too.
I’m NEVER GOING BACK!!!
