I recently had an implant procedure done by Dr. Cotton, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. From the initial consultation to the final follow-up, Dr. Cotton demonstrated exceptional professionalism, skill, and attention to detail. He took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, answer all my questions, and make sure I felt comfortable and confident every step of the way.
The implant procedure itself was smooth and far less stressful than I expected. Dr. Cotton’s expertise and gentle approach truly made a difference. He was patient, precise, and clearly committed to achieving the best possible outcome. The results have exceeded my expectations both functionally and aesthetically.
In addition to the excellent clinical care, the customer service was outstanding. The staff was welcoming, organized, and always ready to assist with scheduling, insurance questions, and follow-up care. They created a warm and supportive environment that made every visit pleasant.

Ii met Dr Harris and I was there for dentures. I was not happy with dentures. I couldn’t keep them in. Dr Harris worked on them more than one time. When he did my initial e tractions he did bone grafts looking ahead on my behalf I a. Thankful for that.I decided to get implants. He is an awesome dentist and has become dear to my heart The staff at Cartersville I love them too. I’m happy with the work done and I feel like they can be recommended . Any dental work I ever have to be done will be with Dr Lane Harris.
I recommend him highly.

I enjoyed my experience here. I usually am afraid of the dentist but Dr. Cotton was incredibly thorough and put my nerves at ease. He answered all of my questions willingly. His staff was also amazing and kind. I will be recommending Dr. Cotton to everyone I know.

Amazing! DR. HARRIS at the Cartersville location is remarkable! So caring and compassionate. He stayed long after closing to finish with my dad, who has several dental issues happening right now. He didn't get in a hurry even though it was late. If you are worried and unsure, please just give him a chance to show you the difference a kind doctor truly makes. I chose him based on all of his wonderful reviews and now we feel the same way. Not only him though, ALL of the staff was so very nice! Short wait, easy check in because we filled out all the paperwork online, and not a packed out backed up waiting room like the one in Carrollton always is. Just an overall great experience.

Their answering service advised me someone would call me prior to my appointment to discuss coverage. This didn't happen. When they texted me to confirm the appointment, I let them know that I needed to discuss coverage. Someone from the office called me and told me that they couldn't tell me any coverage until I had gotten an evaluation. I let them know that I didn't want to drive an hour without knowing coverage. She said she couldn't help me. I asked them to cancel the appointment, which she happily did. I guess they aren't so eager to assist people.
