My mother and I had a wonderful experience, the staff is so nice, honest, patient, and accommodating. Kelly the dental assistant was super sweet and answered any questions we had. Dr. Ahmed Ibrahim was very kind and accomodating as well. I very much valued our experience here and would recommend anyone! 10/10 experience and the staff made you feel less nervous due to their friendly faces and calm natures. My only complaint is that the company should be more explanatory about insurances accepted at different locations. But that is no reflection on staff!

I had an excellent experience at my first denture appointment. From the moment I walked in, the front desk was welcoming, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. Dr. Ibrahim took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and showed genuine care and attention to detail.
Highly recommended—I’m very glad I chose this denture office and will definitely continue my treatment here.

I was anxious about visiting AD&I to get 7 teeth pulled. The practice came to me with a great recommendation. And they were everything that recommendation said. Before I knew it my teeth were out & my denture was ready. It was the best dentist appointment I’ve ever had.

So far it's been the best dental experience I've ever had. They really go out of there way to show you what your getting, make sure your satisfied with fit and appearance before final production of your teeth. Any questions? They will be happy to answer. No pressure no frustration. And the price is very reasonable compared to some of the other dentist in the tidewater area. Don't make the mistake of thinking all dentist are the same it could cost you thousands. Do your diligence.

Molar was starting to hurt. Called Lakeshore at 9am. In chair by 2pm. Beautiful facility. Opened three years ago with all new equipment. Overlooks a like, bright with an open layout, very modern. Front office staff was polite and friendly. Latarsha took good care of me during visit. Nice smile, friendly, professional. Dr. Patel did a great job. Patient, thorough. Highly recommend.
