First visit and super impressed on how friendly and helpful the staff members are. DMD B. Wallace down to earth completely humbled and informative regarding my dental issues/concerns. He took the time to listen and provided great advice was not money driven. I will recommend to anyone looking for guidance and help with any dental concerns.

When I arrive to the Norwood office I won't lie I was scared out of my mind but from the time I entered the office a really nice women smile at me and said good morning I remember saying to myself I'm in the right place I felt good for some reason. The team work here from the start is above and beyond. Friendly staff a since of calming atmosphere, compassionate care excellent dentistry Dr.Wallace and Dr.Senters this office is phenomenal!!! Everyone assured me that I will be taken care of and that I would love the results and the team was right!! I was impressed. I'm confident and now more social I absolutely love my new smile, the same way I was referred here I will be doing allot of referring to this very office. It's definitely worth it you will not be disappointed.

I haven't had a bad experience here at all. The staff is freaking amazing!! I love my new smile! They have boosted my confidence and self esteem! I refer a lot of my friends and my boyfriend here. One of my friends is having work done next week. I will continue to refer people to them. 馃槉馃榿

Everyone was very helpful, patience, caring for you or about your needs and empathy. I had to go back and get an adjustment and it was done quickly in and out. I really was satisfied with my service and the staff from front to the back care. Keep the good customers service. Oh my service was for dentures upper and lower.

They way overschedule. Be prepared to wait 1-2 hours in a packed waiting room. Every. Time. Communication has a lot of room for improvement. A lot. While I do like a lot of the people who work there As a patient, I definitely don鈥檛 feel cared for or listened to. They have an attitude that makes you feel like a nuisance for asking anything. The actual doctor is great, but I feel she relies too much on other staff to answer questions and lead her office. I鈥檝e been to another location (Utah) before and they were light years better than this location.
