absolutely would not recommend Affordable Dentures & Implants on Southgate Road. In 2023, I paid over $4,000 for an implant that was placed by the former owner, Dr. Daniel Ward. At that time, I was told that I did not need a bone graft. About four months later, Dr. Williams placed the crown on top of the implant, and he has always been phenomenal. Recently, I began experiencing pain and thought the crown might be loose. Dr. Williams took X-rays and discovered that the implant itself—not the crown—was loose and had failed. He sent the X-rays to Affordable Dentures. Dr. Ward has since retired, but he personally told me that the new doctor should help me. Instead, Affordable Dentures charged me $50 to meet with Dr. Alan Walker. I spent approximately an hour and a half sitting in the dental-office exam room while he talked in circles and beat around the bush. He did not properly examine me or even look inside my mouth, yet he claimed that the implant was perfectly fine. He had me take pictures of my own mouth and pictures of the computer screen, then suggested that I ask Dr. Williams for a new screw. I left without a diagnosis, treatment plan, or solution. The entire interaction made me extremely uncomfortable. On September 1, Dr. Williams’ office got me in within one hour of my phone call and removed both the failed implant and the crown. Because a regular dentist does not perform bone grafts, I called Affordable Dentures again and asked for help, but they refused to provide any further treatment or even perform the bone graft. They had previously discussed and scheduled the removal and bone graft, but then reversed their decision, stopped answering my calls, and would communicate only through text messages. I understand that dental work may not come with a guarantee or warranty, but after paying more than $4,000, I expected them to at least speak with me respectfully, offer a treatment plan, discuss possible options, or provide some type of discount. Instead, they were rude, dismissive, and completely uncooperative. I have never experienced a doctor who could talk so much while providing absolutely no answers or solution. I strongly recommend seeking treatment somewhere else.

The staff were welcoming and kind. The dental assistant was thoughtful, gentle and respectful. Lexi is so sweet and has been so patient with my readjustments. Dr. Walker was more than thorough in explaining all my options and available procedures. I cannot say enough about the staff. The cost is more than reasonable and the customer service and care are exemplary! I am a very nervous and uncomfortable patient. Thank for a very pleasant exsperience❣️

As someone who typically avoids the dentist, I was genuinely very impressed with this office! Everyone that I encountered or interacted with was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They explained and talked me through everything that they were doing and suggested recommendations, but never pressured me to do a certain treatment. I think I’ve found a dentist I am willing to return to for regular visits!

I had an incredible experience!! Dr Alan is beyond excellent. Kind, funny, makes you feel comfortable. The same w all the dental assistants and front desk! I appreciate all their hard work and kindness! From day 1 they have been amazing. All I can say is I look so good and I love my teeth!!!
